Therefore, abiding in the manner of conventional truth, one practices generosity through the power of worldly conduct. Then, through the power of wisdom, abiding in the manner of ultimate truth, through the power of transcendent conduct, if one seeks everything completely with wisdom, when it becomes without any object of focus, then it becomes the name of the perfection of generosity being complete. Therefore, the object of focus of the initial generation of the mind, sentient beings and enlightenment, are not abandoned. Therefore, the name of Bodhisattva becomes endowed with true meaning. In this way, if the object of giving, the giver, and the receiver are all unobservable, and the act of giving is extremely contradictory, then how can it become like something that is not contradictory? It becomes so through the power of skillful means. The perfection of skillful means is the combination of compassion that grasps conventional truth and wisdom that grasps ultimate truth, like the combination of creatures that move on land and those that move in water. Although the difference in combination is extremely contradictory, through the manner of combination, they help each other without contradiction, and thus accomplish and enter simultaneously. Therefore, until enlightenment, accomplishing all accumulations of merit and accumulations of wisdom is the supreme way to benefit enlightenment and sentient beings, as it is taught. The following will also explain these things as they are appropriate. In order to avoid falling into transgression, and especially in order to avoid falling into transgression, one should perfect the perfection of discipline. A Bodhisattva householder should abide by properly taking the vows of a Bodhisattva. A renunciate should abide by properly taking both sets of vows, so that transgression will not occur. Even if a transgression occurs, one should not further transgress by letting time pass, but should confess quickly and swiftly. Therefore, it is said that in order to avoid falling into transgression, and especially in order to avoid falling into transgression. Here, too, one strives to abide in the perfection of wisdom, not focusing on the three conceptualizations of 'I am endowed with discipline,' 'This is discipline,' and 'This is immoral discipline,' thereby...

It should be known that the three circles are completely pure. As it is said below, 'I am endowed with morality, this is morality, this is immoral morality,' one should not be arrogant about this. The so-called 'because there is no conflict' refers to showing the nature of the perfection of patience, that is, by the power of compassion, there is no conflict with sentient beings, and by the power of wisdom, one realizes that all phenomena are without self. Here also, patience, as well as the things to be patient with, and harmful thoughts are not clung to, therefore the three circles are completely pure, just as it is explained in the following situation. The so-called 'because the diligence of body and mind does not decline' shows entering the perfection of diligence. Constantly with perseverance, respect, and diligence, without causing the diligence of body and mind to decline, one should perfect the perfection of diligence, this is its summary. Not abandoning is also the transformation of wisdom and compassion. Here also, not clinging to having diligence, as well as diligence and laziness, therefore the perfection is accomplished. The so-called 'because there is no tasting of flavor' means that if one enters meditation for one's own benefit, one will taste the flavor of meditation. In this way, the Bodhisattva will condemn all actions that are only for one's own benefit as if they were sins. Then how could there be attention to tasting the flavor of meditation? Therefore, among the three meditations of defiled, pure, and undefiled, one only abides in the pure and undefiled meditation, and does not enter the defiled meditation, this is its summary. Here also, not clinging to having meditation, as well as meditation and distraction, therefore the perfection is perfected. The so-called 'because there is no clinging to all dharmas' is because one only sees reality, therefore one does not cling to all the phenomena of worldly imputation, and one does not discriminate even for the transcendental dharmas, therefore it is called the perfection of wisdom. How does one abide in the perfection of wisdom and obtain wisdom?
