After establishing, it is to gather by the six perfections, therefore it is considered to be good speech. To use the meaning by the six perfections themselves, thereby gathering sentient beings, that is, to lead with the intention of acting, thereby gathering by the six perfections. Similarly, it should be applied to the later ones as well. One should be skilled in realizing one letter, that is, since it has not arisen from the beginning, therefore "A" is the door of all dharmas, etc., through the order of the door of the letter dharani, one should be skilled in realizing the signless samadhi with one letter. One should follow everything with one letter that has decline, that is, having decline is having decline, which is a synonym for "conditioned dharmas are all subject to change." One should meditate that forty-five letters are gathered in one letter, that is, practicing the unborn samadhi, meditate that the samadhi of all letters is gathered in the letter called "A." One should meditate that one letter is gathered in the forty-five letters, that is, one should meditate on the letter called "A" itself in the samadhi of the forty-five letters. Subhuti, all dharmas are manifested in the form of no letters, which is a synonym for "the dharmadhatu is produced in an unspeakable form." How does the Bodhisattva Mahasattva practice the Perfection of Wisdom born from Vipaka, etc., with this question: If one practices what is born from Vipaka, then since what is born from Vipaka does not discriminate, if beings and dharmas are not available and do not appear, then how does the Dharma teaching arise? If one combines with the non-existent Dharma of Bodhi, then how will it not become an inverted combination? Asked like this. After asking this, the Blessed One said to Subhuti, it is so, it is so, etc., thereby expressing joy at his words, seeing that all dharmas are empty like that, and teaching the Dharma to sentient beings, etc.

Thus, in Shravasti. Sentient beings and all phenomena are empty, which is indeed true. However, since sentient beings do not understand that these are empty, the Blessed One teaches the Dharma so that they may understand it. Even when teaching the Dharma, it should be taught in such a way that it does not disturb emptiness. This is what is meant. Therefore, to see all phenomena without obscuration and truly as they are means to be free from the obscurations of conceptual imputation and to see them with complete purity. The example of the emanation of the Tathagata is also completely consistent. The term 'unbound and unfreed' means that in the state of being with defilements, the form of Dharmata is not bound because it is empty of inherent existence due to conceptual imputation. In the state of being without defilements, it is also not unfreed because there is no newly arisen purity. The statement 'that which is the unbound and unfreed of form is not form' means that the state of being unbound and unfreed is the state of perfect accomplishment, and this is not the nature of the form of conceptual imputation. The term 'utterly pure' refers to being pure by nature. The statement 'no thing abides in no thing' means that it does not rely, just as space does not abide in space. One's own thing also does not abide in no thing because it does not exist, just as sharpness, such as a rabbit's horn, does not abide. Other things also do not abide in no thing or one's own thing, because both other things and one's own thing do not exist. Similarly, this can be applied to other things as well. In this way, the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, the Bodhisattvas, the Pratyekabuddhas, and the Shravakas also realize this very Dharmata of all phenomena, which shows that the realization of all phenomena is the same. The statement 'the Dharmata of all phenomena does not transcend it' means that when teaching the Dharma, one does not transcend these. Shravasti, the Dharmadhatu is not transcendent. Suchness and the ultimate reality are also not transcendent, which refers to the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones.

The dharmadhatu of all dharmas is the dharmakaya, which is unsurpassable. The suchness of bodhisattvas is unsurpassable. The ultimate limit of pratyekabuddhas and shravakas is unsurpassable, and this should be distinguished and understood. Like this, for them, there is no nature that will be surpassed, which is synonymous with "there is no nature to be surpassed." World Honored One, if the dharmadhatu, suchness, and ultimate limit are not surpassed, etc., thus asked: Since form and feeling, etc., are the nature of change, they appear to be surpassable. Like this, form, etc., are surpassable, but the dharmadhatu, etc., are not, then at that time, are form, etc., and the dharmadhatu, etc., different? Thus asked. Then, the World Honored One, with "Subhuti, it is not so," etc., showed that there is no difference between form and feeling, etc., and the three, dharmadhatu, etc. Its intention is that ultimately, form, etc., are unsurpassable. Then, the Venerable Subhuti asked the World Honored One: World Honored One, if form is not other, and the dharmadhatu is not other, etc. Thus asked: If there is no difference between form and feeling, etc., and the dharmadhatu, etc., then just like the dharmadhatu, etc., all dharmas are unconditioned, therefore the fruits of virtuous and non-virtuous actions will not be distinguished. Thus asked. Then, the World Honored One said, "Subhuti, relying on conventional truth," etc., thus: Even though all dharmas are of the nature of unconditioned, however, for those who make everything the object of childish imputation, the imputations of virtue and non-virtue exist, and by this, white and black maturation also exist. By this, the World Honored One explained these in the manner of conventional truth, but in ultimate truth, all dharmas are of the nature of suchness, therefore the distinction of karma and maturation will not be shown.
