This is an explanation of the following: The accumulation of merit from a complete dedication with attachment is not as superior as the accumulation of merit from a complete dedication without attachment by a single Bodhisattva. Not taking, not giving up, not being arrogant, not being humble, and also not being attached, which means that those Buddhas and roots of virtue, in suchness, are shown to be equal in terms of the meaning of having no decrease or increase. Similarly, since there is no birth, cessation, defilement, purification, etc., just as the Buddhas, Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, individual ordinary beings, roots of virtue, and even the mind of dedication abide in suchness, etc., I also rejoice accordingly, this is the first rejoicing. Then, all dharmas are equal in liberation, and because they are the same, all dharmas are equal. All dharmas are empty in their own nature, therefore, when previously as ordinary beings, there was no bondage and no liberation. All dharmas are completely pure in their own nature, therefore, there was no defilement before, and no purification later. All dharmas are peaceful from the beginning, therefore, previously there was no arising due to the power of cause and condition. Since there is no self-nature, there is no arising. Later, there is no cessation, and no change or destruction. Thus, since there is no bondage and liberation, no defilement, no purification, no arising and production, no cessation, no change and destruction, all dharmas are equal, thus separately observing and rejoicing is the second. Then, again, offering all the Buddhas of the ten directions with all the means of happiness, and accumulating merit through the six perfections with attachment, the explanation of how the merit of completely dedicating the accumulation of merit from practicing the six perfections in a non-attached manner is more superior, these are the explanations of rejoicing. Therefore, hearing the rejoicing of offerings, recitations, generosity, etc., of the Prajnaparamita and the vast merit of complete dedication.

Then, the venerable Śāriputra, having generated faith, and for the sake of generating faith in other retinues, said, "Bhagavan, the Perfection of Wisdom appears for the sake of utmost purity," and so forth, with seventeen words, began to praise this Perfection of Wisdom. Reciting three times, the Dharma wheel was turned in twelve aspects, which means the Bhagavan recited the Dharma wheel of the Four Noble Truths three times, turning it in twelve aspects. Among them, this is turned after being recited three times, that is, "These are the Four Noble Truths," the chapter on the nature of the Four Noble Truths is one. The chapters on the Four Noble Truths themselves that need to be fully understood, abandoned, realized, and cultivated are two turns of the Dharma wheel. The chapters on the Four Noble Truths themselves that I have fully understood, abandoned, realized, and cultivated are three turns of the Dharma wheel. These are turned after being recited three times. Among them, for the truth of suffering, the nature of suffering, the need to fully understand, and having fully understood are three aspects. For the truth of origin, the nature of origin, the need to abandon, and having abandoned are also three aspects. For the truth of cessation, the nature of cessation, the need to realize, and having realized are also three aspects. For the truth of the path, the nature of the path, the need to cultivate, and having cultivated are also three aspects, thus there are twelve aspects. Bhagavan, how should one abide in the Perfection of Wisdom? Regarding the method of abiding in the Perfection of Wisdom, Indra had already asked before, and it had already been answered, so it is not asking about the method of abiding in the Perfection of Wisdom, but rather asking how to abide with reverence and caution. The Perfection of Wisdom itself is the teacher, and the teacher itself is the Perfection of Wisdom, this is taught by considering them to be non-different for the sake of performing the deeds of the Buddha. Śāriputra

So, where does this writing come from, and what is the basis of the discussion? It is because of not being satisfied with just the need, but giving rise to conceptual thoughts. Therefore, Shariputra, starting from below, says "those who are upheld by the Prajñāpāramitā of Kauśika (कौशिका, Kauśika, Kauśika)" and so on, indicating that Prajñāpāramitā is the main one. All other pāramitās, even if they become the cause of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, are due to the power of Prajñāpāramitā. Therefore, one should be extremely respectful of this, which is what is being expressed. "Dedicate all of these to omniscience" and so on, is the meaning of rejoicing. "If the five pāramitās are upheld by the pāramitā of generosity, then one cannot obtain the name of pāramitā" and so on, is said because it has been previously shown that the six pāramitās are interdependent and mutually causal. "That is not so, Kauśika (कौशिका, Kauśika, Kauśika), that is not so" and so on, means that when one of the six pāramitās is perfected, all six pāramitās will also be perfected simultaneously. They are only mutually causal. But it is not like Prajñāpāramitā, which, with the nature of everything, becomes the cause in all aspects. World-Honored One, how should we realize Prajñāpāramitā? Here, the question is not about the way to realize Prajñāpāramitā, but about the result of realizing Prajñāpāramitā. "Because form does not exist for realization" and so on, is a synonym for saying that form has no substance. World-Honored One, since form does not exist for realization, how should we realize Prajñāpāramitā? This is the second question, meaning, in what way should we realize Prajñāpāramitā so that it can be considered that form and so on do not exist? Shariputra, one should realize Prajñāpāramitā by form not existing for realization, being unborn, unceasing, unarising, undestroying, and without an object of focus, that is all.
