For those who newly learn the Dharma of the valiant Buddhas, because it is the essence of the Buddha's Dharma, to teach, the Tathagata Dipamkara also saw that they were not separated from the Buddha's Dharma, and therefore prophesied that they would become Buddhas, the example of Dipamkara was shown. Then, those sons of the gods said to the Bhagavan in this way, because they received the prophecy of Dipamkara, the Prajnaparamita of the Bhagavan Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, this principle of not taking and not abandoning, and even holding it in accordance with all-knowingness, is truly rare! They said this. Because the form and other dharmas have excellent qualities, and there is no evil thing, therefore there is no taking and abandoning. However, it is wonderful to hold the all-knowingness that has never happened before! This is the concluding word. Then, what the Bhagavan said to the four assemblies of monks and nuns and so on, started from the Prajnaparamita to be explained. From here onwards, it explains the nature of the Dharma, and shows the benefits of this Dharma, that is, the benefits obtained in this life and the next, and becoming the cause of increasing many merits. Emptiness will be greatly blessed, which shows the homogeneous cause through the blessing of emptiness. Therefore, all the world appears empty, and I also appear empty. Here it shows how emptiness will not be taken advantage of by emptiness. What will take advantage of it? It is sinful actions. Where will it take advantage of it? On the earth, or in the heavenly realm. Who will it take advantage of? It is the Bodhisattva, because all these do not exist. Here, because the text is simple, it is not written. To protect, to save, and to hide, means that accomplishing all the happiness of the body is protection, saving from external harm is saving, and eliminating internal diseases and so on is hiding. Here, too, it will not be taken advantage of, and there will be no untimely death.

And, the non-occurrence of fear and so on, and the protection of the gods, these are the four benefits shown. Only the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, like this, for example, showing the simile of being completely filled like a sugarcane grove, this shows the preciousness. The benefits of the merits of this life, and the many benefits of future lives, and the ten such as the perfection of lineage, and the teaching of the Dharma by emanation, and the complete upholding of all the Buddha's teachings, and the pacification of strife and contention and so on, and its cause, and the correct attainment of the Paramitas, and the absence of mental disturbance and so on, and the simile of medicine, and the abandonment of all non-white dharmas, and the manifest increase of protection and virtuous dharmas, and the uprightness of speech and so on, and the manifest practice of the ten paths of virtuous action, and the manifest practice of all the Buddha's teachings, and the separate and correct training in the six Paramitas are shown. To abide for the sake of taming and eliminating pride, this refers to abiding in taming the conduct of a Bodhisattva who practices worldly conduct. Also, for those who become arrogant due to lack of skill, one abides in making them not arrogant. When practicing non-attachment, since this Prajnaparamita tames in all ways, it is therefore abiding for the sake of complete taming. In order not to become arrogant, one abides in not being arrogant. Below that, protecting from weapons on the battlefield, and its cause, and protecting from external harm, and its cause, and not seizing the opportunity, and the simile of the essence of Bodhi, and writing it down and holding it as a book, this shows the merits of the Prajnaparamita with the collection of words and the collection of letters, and the place becoming a stupa, and there also, more excellent than offering a stupa filled with the relics of the Tathagata, is offering to the Prajnaparamita, and its cause, and the multitude of inferior beings, and the extreme scarcity of virtuous beings, and its cause, and even in the ten directions.
