Thus it is declared. The reason for this is that it is because of emptiness. The arising of form is non-existent. Likewise, for Suchness, there is no arising; what has not previously occurred, for what arises suddenly, there is no arising. Abiding is the nature of being unchanging, therefore there is no cessation. Likewise, for Suchness, there is no arising; what has not previously occurred, there is no taking. Since there is no cessation, there is no abandoning from grasping. Since there is nothing to be grasped, there is no purification that has not previously occurred. Since there is nothing to be abandoned, there are no all-encompassing defilements to be abandoned. Since there is no purification, there is no increase. Since there are no all-encompassing defilements, there is no decrease. Venerable one, how should the Perfection of Wisdom be sought? Here, it is because from the Perfection of Wisdom itself, the knowledge of the aspects of the path and the All-Knowingness are shown, that the Perfection of Wisdom is asked about. The so-called "Chapter of Subhuti" refers to all those intermediate explanations of the Perfection of Wisdom, which are called the "Chapter of Subhuti." Because All-Knowingness arises from the Perfection of Wisdom, it is shown that its explanation should also be taken from there. Explaining the profound Dharma is the realm of activity of the Tathagata. If Subhuti is mentioned, the Lord of the Gods could not bear it, and so he asked: Is this occasion of the venerable Subhuti explaining in this way your blessing? Is it your power? After saying this, the Venerable Subhuti first said in a conventional way: These are the blessings of the Tathagata, because by the blessings of the Tathagata, the Arhats teach the Dharma. Then, Indra still could not bear it, and said: Venerable Subhuti, if all phenomena have no blessing, then why do you say, 'This is the power of the Tathagata, this is the blessing of the Tathagata'? Thus he spoke. Then, the Venerable one rejoiced in that statement, and in the ultimate sense, the so-called Tathagata refers to acting on Suchness. In order to show the Dharma-nature without blessing, it is said that the Tathagata is not observed, etc. The so-called Dharma of the Tathagata

It is taught that there is no place whatsoever. Because there is no imputed dharma in the nature of reality, therefore, in the nature of all unblessed dharmas, there is no Tathagata. Because there are no dharmas other than the nature of reality, the Tathagata is not seen apart from the unblessed nature of reality. Because the nature of reality does not abide in imputation, therefore, unblessed dharmas are not seen in the Tathagata. Because there is no nature of reality apart from dharma, therefore, unblessed nature of reality is not seen apart from the Tathagata. Similarly, this should also be applied to the explanation of suchness. Similarly, this should also be applied to the nature of reality from form and so on up to the ultimate all-knowingness, and to the explanation of suchness. The nature of reality of the Tathagata is neither associated with the nature of reality of form, nor is it separate. It is not the nature of reality of form, nor is it associated with others, nor is it separate, because there is no difference, it is one, therefore it is so stated. The discriminations of place and the object of place, and other objects, and association and separation, are reasonable if there is a difference, and unreasonable if there is not. Similarly, this should also be applied to the explanation of suchness. Kausika, in this way, whatever is neither associated with nor separate from all dharmas, that is its power. This is its blessing, it should be applied in this way. It is the power of emptiness and the blessing of emptiness, because the explanation arises from emptiness, this is the concluding statement. It should not be sought from form, because there is no form and so on, therefore it is so stated. It should not be sought elsewhere than from form, because the Prajnaparamita also does not exist, therefore there is no difference, it is stated that there is no difference. Therefore, it is to show that it does not exist and is not different. All these dharmas are neither associated nor separate, it is said that this is without characteristics. Form is also not Prajnaparamita, this is to show that both form and Prajnaparamita do not exist.
