Because it is the cause of the wise, therefore it is the wise. Because it is the supreme place for realizing the Dharma that transcends the world, it is the most excellent. Because it is not the realm of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, and even those who are irreversible cannot know it themselves, it should be known by the wise and intelligent. "Will take" means grasping. By "a person who sees the truth" or "an Arhat who has exhausted the outflows," etc., it shows that one seeks in the conventional sense. "Regarding this, in the ultimate sense, it is said that a Bodhisattva sees the truth." "Will become enlightened" is called an Arhat. Thus, after showing it in the conventional sense, and again showing it in the ultimate sense, those from "form is emptiness" will not discriminate until "no one takes." This shows that those who have directly realized the Prajnaparamita that does not discriminate in this way are the seekers, but those are also not seekers because there is nothing to be sought in the ultimate sense. After saying these words, the Venerable Sharadvatiputra showed that the vow of having no speaker and no listener contradicts the scriptures. "Venerable Subhuti, hasn't the Three Vehicles been extensively taught from the Prajnaparamita?" etc., the Three Vehicles were taught, as well as the Bodhisattva path of upholding the ten bhumis and paramitas, etc., and being born into the Tathagata lineage, and abiding with the play of supernormal knowledges, and listening to the Dharma, and not forgetting, and having no mental disturbance, and the seven qualities of fearlessness, etc., these Dharmas were taught, and we also heard them. After that, the Venerable Subhuti taught these Dharmas in a way that does not apprehend, but in the ultimate sense, they do not exist, therefore the teaching is just a delusion, to show this, the Blessed One said, "Venerable Sharadvatiputra, it is so, it is so." The reasons why those are empty, from the emptiness of inner emptiness to the reason for the emptiness of the nature of non-things, etc., were all said.

To show the signs of the arising of the light of wisdom to the sons of the gods, the offering of flowers is shown. The statement "these flowers are emanations" and so on is to distinguish the occasion of the thought explained below. Kausika, the statement "these flowers have not arisen" means that the nature of complete accomplishment has not arisen. It is the nature of emptiness, not the nature of flowers, which is to be shown. Kausika, form has also not arisen. The statement "that which has not arisen is not form" shows that form in the ultimate sense does not have the arising of conditioned phenomena, therefore form has not arisen. Thus, for the unconditioned, the unborn, there is no characteristic of imputed form, therefore it is shown that whatever is unborn is not form. It is also not contradictory to imputation, and it also shows the nature of reality. The statement "it is also not contradictory to imputation, and it also shows the nature of reality" is a summary of showing that it is not contradictory to conventional truth and ultimate truth. Chapter Eighteen. Kausika, bodhisattvas mahasattvas, having thus understood that all dharmas are merely imputed, should train in the perfection of wisdom. This is to show that after the previous three questions, the bodhisattva mahasattva finally asked how to train in the perfection of wisdom. The statement "not training in form" and so on means that not training is training, just like not abiding is abiding. To show that because form and so on are seen as unreal, one does not train in form and so on, therefore it is said, "Thus, the form to be trained in is not truly seen." Indra asked, "Why are form and so on not truly seen?" To show that because of emptiness, they are not truly seen, therefore it is said, "Form is empty of form." As a reason for not training, it is said, "Kausika, the emptiness of form does not train in the emptiness of form," and so on, which means that because both the one who trains and that in which one trains are absent, there is no training. After that, Kausika, what does not train in the emptiness of form,

From yaba to the emptiness of all-knowingness, not learning, that is, learning form emptiness in a non-dual way, from non-duality learning the emptiness of all-knowingness, this shows that not learning is learning. Non-duality is because it is one in emptiness, if one learns the emptiness of one, it is because one learns the emptiness of all dharmas. Therefore, it is said that what is the emptiness of one is the emptiness of all. After that, Kaushika, whoever learns form emptiness in a non-dual way, from non-duality learning all-knowingness, that is learning countless, immeasurable Buddha dharmas. Whoever learns the emptiness of all dharmas in this way, that means learning from the Paramitas and so on, up to the Buddha dharmas. After that, that is not learning for increasing and decreasing form, meaning that those who learn the Paramitas and other Buddha dharmas do not show increasing or decreasing form, etc., meaning that they do not learn for increasing white dharmas or decreasing black dharmas. After that, that is not learning for completely grasping and eliminating form, meaning that for those who do not have the dharmas of increasing and decreasing, it shows that they completely hold the superior dharmas and do not listen to evil dharmas. After saying this, the venerable Subhuti said: Why not learn for grasping and eliminating? This is Shariputra asking: If a Bodhisattva abandons evil dharmas and obtains superior dharmas, why is there no grasping and eliminating? After saying this, the venerable Subhuti said: Form does not completely grasp form. It means that there is no grasper and grasped.
