That which is called "The Great Hero's Wisdom Gone Beyond" is a synonym for the wisdom gone beyond of non-discrimination. To individually discriminate all dharmas in that way is the conventional truth. To have no manifest attachment to any dharma and not to observe is the ultimate truth. What is indicated by saying, "I should repay the kindness done, and I should not fail to repay the kindness done"? Formerly, when I, the Bhagavan, became a Bodhisattva, in the retinue of the former Tathagatas, the great Shravakas, through admonishments and subsequent teachings, obtained accurate teachings and caused them to be accurately held, and caused them to enter into accurate practice. They, through the order of those teachings, practiced and attained complete perfect enlightenment. Therefore, I also should, in this retinue, through admonishments and subsequent teachings, cause these Bodhisattvas to enter into accurate practice. If those former ones practiced through the order of our teachings, they would attain complete perfect enlightenment. Therefore, I should know the kindness done by the former Shravakas, this is what is to be shown. What is the difference between the words "admonishment and subsequent teaching," and so forth? Here there are three stages: initial, intermediate, and final. Initially, there is admonishment and subsequent teaching. In the middle, there is practice. Finally, there is the fruit. Among these, in the initial stage, to avert from what is not to be done, is admonishment. To engage in what is to be done, is subsequent teaching. In the middle, there are four situations: non-practice, wrong practice, little practice, and accurate practice. Among these, to cause those who do not practice due to not knowing to enter into practice is accurate teaching. To engage those who have entered wrongly due to wrong understanding in accurate practice is to cause them to hold accurately. To cause those who practice little due to faults such as laziness to diligently exert effort is to accurately praise. To rejoice and engage those who have accurately entered through wisdom in that very thing, praising them with "Good!" is to cause them to be completely delighted. Finally, it is to be joined with entering the path and abiding in the fruit.

This should be done. After that, if someone asks how one should abide, the answer is to completely abandon what should not be abided in, and abide in what should be abided in, which is abiding in the Prajñāpāramitā. Realizing emptiness with statements such as "Form is empty of form" is abiding. Showing that the way of clinging is not abiding, it is said that these discriminated dharmas, such as form, do not exist by their own nature of form, etc. Bodhisattvas also do not exist by their own nature of bodhisattvas. Their emptiness is non-different and one. Therefore, the dharmata of form, etc., is perfectly established, and bodhisattvas are also non-dual. Abiding in the one dharmata is abiding in the Prajñāpāramitā. This is how it is taught. The explanation of not abiding is also shown in three ways: not abiding in dharma is the first; not abiding in dharmata is the second; and not abiding in persons is the third. Among these, the explanation of dharma is also shown in two ways: showing the dharma and showing the nature of the dharma. Among these, from "one should not abide by clinging to form" to "one should not abide by clinging to the Buddha himself" is showing the dharma. Kauśika, like this, from "one should not abide in what is called form" etc., to "like this, one should not abide in the Buddha himself by way of clinging" is showing the nature of dharmata. The explanation of dharmata is also shown in three ways: showing the dharmata of the aspect of all-knowingness, showing the dharmata of the aspect of path-knowingness, and showing the dharmata of the aspect of all-aspect-knowingness. From "one should not abide in form being permanent" and "one should also not abide in form being impermanent" etc., to "one should not abide by way of clinging in the Tathāgata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha being a worthy recipient of offerings" is showing the dharmata of the aspect of all-knowingness. From the first bhūmi to the tenth bhūmi,
