. Mindfulness is not forgetting. What is called wisdom is the wisdom that follows the ultimate meaning. Wisdom, a tamed mind, and the nature of quickly grasping many things, because of this, it is called quick wisdom. Intellect is the realm of conventionality. The rest is clear in meaning. This is the teaching of the Great Vehicle. Having thus completed the teaching of the Great Vehicle, now is the second question, the division of chapters: How does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva truly enter the Great Vehicle? So-called entering the ten grounds mentioned below is called truly entering the Great Vehicle. Therefore, the Blessed One taught that one truly enters the Great Vehicle, and inquired about the ten grounds of the Bodhisattva and the purification of the grounds. All dharmas are immutable, because Suchness is the same as space. Because it is immutable, immutable wisdom is shown to be the cause of leaping to other grounds. Regarding any of the dharmas, one neither generates pride nor purifies the ground, which indicates the cause of leaping to other grounds. Because there is no change, no going, no coming, etc., one does not generate pride in the ground of dharmas, but it is not that one does not perform actions. This is a concluding statement. This shows the activity of the Bodhisattvas' skillful means of paramita. Skillful means is that even though the aspects of the two truths, conventional and ultimate, seem very contradictory, Bodhisattvas can accomplish all that is needed without any obstacles. These purified grounds have been mentioned and taught before. Later, in the explanation, the Blessed One said, "Blessed One, how does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva purify the superior intention while abiding on the first ground?" etc. In order to benefit all sentient beings, one seeks the wisdom of the Great Vehicle. The wisdom of the Great Vehicle is the wisdom of all-knowingness. Seeking is making aspirations and generating the mind of enlightenment. Thus, in order to benefit all sentient beings,

The entire land is to be sought. (This is) to completely purify things for the benefit of all sentient beings. Fifteenth Chapter. Therefore, wanting to completely purify, one must first completely purify the mind. After that, practice is the root of benefiting all sentient beings, so one should generate a mind of benefit. That also arises from generating equanimity towards all sentient beings, so one should generate a mind of equanimity. Initially, it is the ground of the perfection of generosity, so one should completely purify giving. In order to attain a pure land, because it is something to be done beforehand, a virtuous friend is inevitably needed, so one should rely on him. After that, because one must listen to the excellent Dharma from a virtuous friend, one should seek the Dharma completely. Because the continuum is not yet fully ripened, one should abide in manifestation. One should constantly and continuously desire the body of the Buddha and the Buddha himself. Because one must make all sentient beings mature as much as possible, in order not to make diligence completely weary, one should expound the Dharma. Starting from the initial aspiration, one should respect truthful words, these are connected by the ten complete purifications. In the second ground, which is the ground of the perfection of ethics, one should also remember ethics. In order to increase love for all sentient beings, one should remember gratitude and feeling gratitude. In order not to look at the faults of sentient beings, one should remember patience. In order to make the continuum of sentient beings suitable as a vessel, one should remember extreme joy. Because the root of all activities is those, one should remember not abandoning sentient beings. In order to transform the perception of one's own suffering, one should remember compassion. In order to generate respect, one should remember clinging to the lamas with faith. For the accumulation of enlightenment, one should remember the perfections, these are the eight recollections. Similarly, one should apply it to everything. In order to completely purify the Buddha-field, generating roots of virtue and completely dedicating them, this is called generating the roots of virtue that will completely purify the Buddha-field, and with this root of virtue,
