From "gathered the wise" to "gathered all aspects of knowledge," this explains the reason why the Prajnaparamita accomplishes great deeds, that is, in order for the Prajnaparamita to solely accomplish all the pure dharmas such as the six paramitas, it is said that the profound Prajnaparamita accomplishes great deeds. From "Subhuti, for example" to "This Prajnaparamita abides because of its equal and unequal activities," this illustrates the analogy of the Prajnaparamita accomplishing great deeds, just as a minister accomplishes all the great affairs of a king, the Prajnaparamita can also accomplish the Buddha's activities, that is, all the necessities of the three vehicles, so it is said that it accomplishes great deeds. Why is that? Subhuti, this is because the profound Prajnaparamita abides without clinging to form, without attachment, etc., which also explains the reason why the profound Prajnaparamita accomplishes great deeds, that is, if one truly realizes that all dharmas are empty through hearing, thinking, and meditating on the profound Prajnaparamita, then one will not cling to form and other dharmas due to craving, nor will one be attached to wrong views, so it is said that the profound Prajnaparamita accomplishes great deeds. Just as the explanation of form, it should also be applied to the knowledge of the aspects of the path up to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. Question: World Honored One, how does this Prajnaparamita abide without clinging to form and without attachment? From "How does unsurpassed perfect enlightenment abide without clinging and without attachment?" this is about what should be clung to and what should be attached to.

Regarding the objects of clinging, and the agent that clings, and the agent that causes manifestation, and that by which one can cling, and the mind that causes manifestation, it is also shown that there are no objects. To initiate this topic, Subhuti asks. The Blessed One taught: Subhuti, what do you think? Your form, what is it that can be clung to? Or what is manifested? Do you see it as such? And so on, how is it that there is no clinging, and no manifestation? The meaning of Subhuti's question is explained in detail, in the true meaning, all phenomena are empty of inherent existence, what is the object that can be clung to, and the agent that clings, and the mind that clings, are there such objects? Thus, Subhuti is asked in return, the meaning is that there are no such objects. There, what form can be clung to? Or what is manifested? Do you see it as such? This shows that there is no object to be clung to. What dharma also clings, and causes manifestation? This shows that there is no agent that clings. What can be clung to? Or what is manifested? Do you also see it as such? This shows that there is no clinging. As said about form, so too should it be applied to the aspects of the path, knowingness, and up to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. The Blessed One taught: Subhuti, well done, well done! Subhuti, I have also never truly seen form, because I have never truly seen it, I do not cling, because I do not cling, I do not approach and grasp, and so on, to show the meaning of no object to be clung to and no manifestation, therefore the Blessed One taught, all phenomena such as form, in the true meaning are empty of inherent existence, therefore the Blessed One himself has also never truly seen, because he has never truly seen it, because of attachment, he does not cling, thus he does not cling, and because of view, he does not approach and grasp, manifestation does not

means that it changes. Just as it is explained for form, it should also be applied up to the point of all-knowingness and thusness. Subhuti, therefore, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva should not be attached to form, should not fully grasp it, up to the point of not being attached to thusness, not fully grasping it. Because in this way all dharmas are empty of inherent nature, thusness also does not see and does not grasp, is not to be taken, so Subhuti, you also should not be attached to all dharmas, should not fully grasp them, this is taught following the instruction. Then, the sons of gods who act in the desire realm and those who act in the form realm said to the Bhagavan, and so on, because the sons of gods, having heard the profound meaning of non-attachment and non-grasping, praised this Prajnaparamita in terms of being profound and difficult to see, and so on. Among them, profound is because it is not understood by the minds of heretics, hearers, and solitary Buddhas, and so on. Because it is so profound, it is difficult to see. Because it is difficult to see, it is difficult to realize. Because it is difficult to realize, it is inconceivable. Because it is inconceivable, it is not an object of thought, the former word should explain the latter. The meaning of peaceful and subtle is that, as such, hearers and solitary Buddhas, and so on, are not objects of thought, because all the elaborations of discrimination are peaceful, and it is subtle because it is free from the aspects of grasping and holding. The meaning of "the wise, the excellent, and the clear-minded will understand" is that, as such, it cannot be known by hearers and solitary Buddhas, and so on, but Bodhisattvas, wise ones who combine skillful means and wisdom, can know it, but others cannot know it, this is what is to be shown. Bhagavan, those sentient beings who have faith in this profound Prajnaparamita, means that they have made offerings to the Victorious Ones of the past, showing that sentient beings who have faith and practice in this profound Prajnaparamita are rare, and that they have served and revered the Thus Come Ones of the past.
