From "there is no immeasurable, no unequal and equal are not obtained" to "Why, Blessed One, is the All-Knowingness inconceivable, immeasurable, without measure, and without unequal and equal obtainable?" is because in order to explain in detail the meaning of all phenomena such as form being inconceivable, immeasurable, without measure, and without unequal and equal obtainable, and in order for the retinue to firmly understand, Subhuti asked. The Blessed One said: Subhuti, on form also there is no thought, no measure, no measurement, no equality, and no inequality obtainable" to "Subhuti, on the All-Knowingness also there is no thought, no measure, no measurement, no equality, and no inequality obtainable" is to explain that if all phenomena such as form have a thing, then the mind can think or measure, can be sought with a measure, and can also be equal, but because there is no thing in the ultimate sense, such is not obtainable. Asked: Blessed One, why is there no thought, no measure, no measurement, no equality, and no inequality obtainable on form?" to "Why is there no thought, no measure, no measurement, no equality, and no inequality obtainable on the All-Knowingness?" is because in order to initiate a discussion explaining in detail the meaning of thought, measure, measurement, equality, and inequality on all phenomena such as form, Subhuti asked. The Blessed One said: Subhuti, the nature of form is inconceivable, immeasurable, without measure, and unequal, therefore there is no thought, no measure, no measurement, no equality, and no inequality obtainable on form" to "therefore there is no thought, no measure, no measurement, no equality, and no inequality obtainable on the All-Knowingness" is to explain that all phenomena such as form are empty of self-nature in the ultimate sense, because there is no thing, so it is inconceivable, immeasurable, and cannot be measured, therefore thought, measure, measurement, equality, and inequality are not obtainable. Subhuti, what do you think? Form is inconceivable, immeasurable, without measure

From "Is form observable in inequality and equality?" to "Is the state of knowing all aspects, whatever is inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and in inequality and equality, is the state of knowing all aspects observable?", it is to clearly show that all the dharmas mentioned above are inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and the meaning of inequality and equality. The Blessed One said to Subhuti: Among the retinue, some may think that all dharmas are inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and unequal and equal, are there any things in them? In order to eliminate the Bodhisattva's discrimination, it is said, is the nature of form observable in whatever is inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and unequal and equal? This is because the inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and unequal and equal are themselves synonyms for no-self-nature, so the nature of form is not observable in them. Feelings, etc., up to the state of knowing all aspects, should also be understood in the same way. Question: Blessed One, it is not so. It means that whatever dharmas are between form, etc., up to the state of knowing all aspects, are inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and unequal and equal, and none of the things such as form are observable in them. The Blessed One said: Subhuti, therefore, in this way, all dharmas are inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and unequal and equal. This is a summary of the meaning of inconceivable, etc., which was explained separately for each of the above-mentioned dharmas such as form. Subhuti, the Tathagata's Tathagata-dharma is inconceivable because it is free from thought, etc., which is a detailed explanation of the meaning of inconceivable, immeasurable, incalculable, and unequal and equal mentioned above.
