That which has not been made by anyone, and which is not the entity of anything, this meaning is explained by taking the example from the sky. From "The Blessed One spoke" to "Therefore, it is called Tathagata," it means that ultimately, the nature of all dharmas is the emptiness of no entity, the essence of the realm of dharma, which is inherently so. It is not that anyone has made it empty, nor has anyone made it exist. Such a nature is fully realized by the Tathagata without any error. Therefore, it is called Tathagata. The reason for being called Tathagata is that one has realized the suchness of all dharmas without error. In the Indian language, "Tathāgata" means to know as it is, or to realize suchness. Then, "Those sons of gods who move in the desire realm and those who move in the form realm said to the Blessed One," and so on, means that the gods praised the Blessed One, saying that the previously mentioned nature of all dharmas is without characteristics in the ultimate sense, and in the conventional sense, the characteristics of all dharmas are separately distinguished and explained according to the terms of the world, which is very wonderful. Because the Blessed One fully awakened to these characteristics, "The wisdom vision of the Tathagata enters into all dharmas without any obstruction," which means that because one has realized the emptiness characteristics mentioned earlier, the wisdom of the Tathagata can see all dharmas without obstruction in the conventional sense. By entering into these characteristics, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, has fully awakened to the Prajnaparamita, which transcends all attachments to characteristics, which is very wonderful. After fully awakening, he also correctly explained the Prajnaparamita and explained the various characteristics in detail, which is the Tathagata's explanation of the various characteristics.
