Also, it is shown that there is nothing. It is true that "life is other, and body is other, this is true, and the rest is meaningless," this abides in form. This abides in feeling. This abides in perception. This abides in formation. This abides in consciousness, which means that some non-Buddhists say that life is the self, and the body is different from each other, knowing the behavior of such minds and declaring it. Those who say so only say that they take the five aggregates as the self, but in reality, there is no self called life, as it is declared. It is true that "the Tathagata has passed away and exists, this is true, and the rest is meaningless," this abides in form. This abides in feeling. This abides in perception. This abides in formation. This abides in consciousness, which means that some non-Buddhists who hold the view of annihilation say that when the Tathagata enters Nirvana, karma and defilements are exhausted and will not be reborn in samsara again, which is false. The Tathagata is the same as ordinary people, and will be reborn in samsara again after death, and will not become the Nirvana in which the remnants of the five aggregates have been abandoned, knowing the behavior of such minds and declaring it. Those who say so only say that they take the five aggregates as the self and are attached to the extreme of permanence, but in reality, such a permanent self does not exist, as it is declared. Thus, the so-called "the Tathagata has passed away and does not exist," etc., which means that some non-Buddhists who hold the view of annihilation say that after the Tathagata's death, the remnants of the five aggregates are completely destroyed and become non-existent, knowing the behavior of such minds and declaring it. Those who say so only say that they take the five aggregates as the self, but in reality, there is no such self with the nature of annihilation, as it is declared. The so-called "the Tathagata has passed away, exists and exists, does not exist and does not exist," etc., which means that knowing the behavior of non-Buddhists who cling to the existence and non-existence, both exist, and declaring it, after the Tathagata's death, because the subtle nature of the self is not non-existent, so existence also exists, the Tathagata

Having passed away, a coarse aggregate appears. Because it doesn't exist, even saying it doesn't exist is just speaking based on grasping the five aggregates as self. In reality, there is no self that possesses the nature of both existence and non-existence. Saying that the Tathagata, having passed away, neither becomes existent nor becomes non-existent, that alone is true, and the rest is meaningless. This refers to abiding in form. This refers to abiding in feeling. This refers to abiding in perception. This refers to abiding in mental formations. This refers to abiding in consciousness. Saying that one fully knows, this refers to knowing the behavior of the minds of some non-Buddhists who slander by saying that neither existence nor non-existence exists. This refers to some non-Buddhists who consider the self to be subtle and profound, saying that it cannot be expressed as something that is both existent and non-existent. That is also just speaking based on grasping the five aggregates as self. In reality, there is no self that possesses the nature of being free from both extremes of existence and non-existence. Subhuti, in this way, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha, relying on this profound Prajnaparamita, fully knows, as it is, the scattering, gathering, distribution, and contraction of the minds of other sentient beings and individuals. This refers to summarizing and showing the meaning of knowing the behavior of the minds of non-Buddhists who hold views of permanence, annihilation, exaggeration, and slander. Scattering refers to holding onto permanence. Gathering refers to holding onto annihilation. Distribution refers to exaggeration. Contraction refers to slander. All of these are also just grasping the five aggregates as self, and holding onto permanence and annihilation, exaggeration and slander. In reality, understanding that there is no such self is called knowing as it is. Subhuti, furthermore, the Tathagata, relying on this profound Prajnaparamita, knows form, etc. This is through the way of showing the thusness of all dharmas. This profound Prajnaparamita is what gives rise to the Tathagata,
