The so-called "clothing" refers to some unpredicted Bodhisattvas who, while practicing the Prajnaparamita, think that their names, etc., are not mentioned, and that they are unpredicted, thus their faith diminishes. They abandon listening to this profound Prajnaparamita, thinking of leaving and then leaving. For as many steps as they abandon, they will wander in samsara for that many kalpas and will not attain liberation. Therefore, it is taught that one must diligently engage in this profound Prajnaparamita. Abandoning the Prajnaparamita and thinking of mastering all the sutras that do not accomplish the omniscient wisdom, from then on, sons and daughters of the Bodhisattva lineage abandon the root of the tree of omniscience and think of entering the branches, leaves, and foliage of that tree. Thus, in the manner described above, not listening to this profound Prajnaparamita shows the faults and metaphors of thinking of leaving. The Prajnaparamita is the wisdom that accomplishes omniscience, like the root of a tree. The Hinayana sutras are like the branches, leaves, and foliage of a tree. Abandoning the great meaning and entering the small meaning, doing so is either blessed by Mara, or doing so will give Mara an opportunity. Therefore, it is taught to recognize it as the work of Mara. Question: World Honored One, who are those who think of mastering all the sutras that do not accomplish the wisdom of omniscience? From "Subhuti, those are the Shravakas and," in the sutras corresponding to the Pratyekabuddhas, abandoning the Prajnaparamita and thinking of mastering everything,

The sentence starting with "O" explains that if one practices the Prajnaparamita, then all the dharmas of the world and beyond will be practiced along with it. Subhuti, for example, like a certain dog, etc., explains that abandoning this profound Prajnaparamita and practicing the Sutra of the Small Vehicle is like abandoning good food and seeking bad food, like a dog abandoning good food and seeking bad food, which is derived from this metaphor. Doing so is also blessed by the demon, or doing so will provide an opportunity for the demon, so know that this is the work of the demon. Subhuti, furthermore, in the future, in some places and times, there are few people who practice the Great Vehicle and are not respected, while there are many people who practice the Small Vehicle and are respected. When this happens, if one abandons this profound Prajnaparamita and practices the Sutra of the Small Vehicle for the sake of benefit and respect, then doing so is also blessed by the demon, or doing so will provide an opportunity for the demon, so know that this is the work of the demon. Subhuti, for example, like someone who wants an elephant, etc., explains that abandoning this profound Prajnaparamita and practicing the Sutra of the Small Vehicle is a low-level metaphor derived from a foolish person. Doing so is also blessed by the demon, or doing so will provide an opportunity for the demon, so know that this is the work of the demon. Subhuti, for example, like someone who wants to see the great ocean, etc., explains that abandoning the profound Prajnaparamita and seeking the Sutra of the Small Vehicle is a metaphor derived from the ocean and the water in the hoofprints of cows. Doing so is also the same as before, know that this is the work of the demon. Subhuti, for example, like a fortune teller or a disciple of a fortune teller, etc., explains that abandoning this profound Prajnaparamita and wanting to seek omniscience from the Small Vehicle is like a fortune teller seeking the god Indra.

In a house called "Completely Victorious," wanting to build a house, taking measurements from the immeasurable palaces of the sun and moon, it shows an example taken from building a house. To do it in this way, one should recognize it as the work of Mara, just as before. Subhuti, for example, if someone wants to see a Chakravartin king, etc., this means abandoning this profound Prajnaparamita and, from the Hinayana sutras, thinking of seeking omniscience by taking examples from a Chakravartin king and a borderland petty king. Although the Chakravartin king and the borderland petty king are similar only in the appearance of kings, the Chakravartin king possesses the thirty-two major marks of a great man and the seven precious jewels, etc., while the borderland petty king does not possess such qualities, just as they are different. Similarly, this profound Prajnaparamita and the Hinayana sutras, although similar only in being sutras, have different qualities, i.e., they are not the same. Thinking of seeking omniscience from the Hinayana sutras, one should recognize it as the work of Mara. Subhuti, for example, if someone who is very hungry obtains food with a hundred flavors, etc., this means abandoning this profound Prajnaparamita and, from the Hinayana sutras, obtaining omniscience, just as someone abandons delicious food with a hundred flavors and wants to eat food called "Sixty Rice." This is shown by taking an example from this. The food called "Sixty Rice" refers to a bad red rice that takes sixty days to ripen. Subhuti, for example, if someone obtains a priceless jewel and thinks of exchanging the jewel for plums, etc., this means abandoning this profound Prajnaparamita and, from the Hinayana sutras, thinking of seeking omniscience. This is taking an example from jewels and plums, and one should recognize it as the work of Mara. Subhuti, furthermore...
