It has been shown that it will be complete. What is the reason for that? Subhuti, this is because, like "the characteristic of the Dharma nature of all Dharmas," etc., it shows the reason for not seeing according to opinions about Dharma and non-Dharma, etc., and for not making distinctions. The so-called "characteristic of the Dharma of all Dharmas" means that the external characteristic of all Dharmas is the characteristic of emptiness, therefore it is not the object of discrimination. The so-called "non-regression" means that the characteristic of all Dharmas, the nature of emptiness, is completely pure, which is the unchanging and completely established characteristic, so it shows that there is no change or regression at any time. The so-called accumulation, piling up, and lack of essence are synonyms for emptiness, and like that, being empty and without substance, it is therefore not the object of discrimination. The so-called becoming independent means that, like that, all Dharmas have no substance, because they are empty by nature, they are not controlled by other causes and conditions, and because they have obtained their own nature, they are not clinging to characteristics and cannot be distinguished. The so-called reason for having no author and no life means that all Dharmas have no substance and are empty by nature, and the authors and lives, etc., measured by non-Buddhists, are also not like that kind of substance, so it shows that they are not the object of discrimination. Reporting: World Honored One, the inconceivable has been shown. It means that, like that, according to the principles mentioned above, ultimately all Dharmas have no substance, so one does not cling to anything as a substance and does not make distinctions. The practice of Prajnaparamita will be complete, and what is shown is profound, because it is not the object of the mind, it is the meaning of inconceivable. The World Honored One taught: Subhuti, because form is inconceivable, the inconceivable has been shown, from that to, because all-knowing wisdom is inconceivable, the inconceivable has been shown, which means that all Dharmas such as form ultimately have no substance, and are not the object of the mind's thought and discrimination.

It is taught that it is so. Thus, understanding and meditating, it is the meaning of perfecting the practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, if there is no perception that form is inconceivable, from the statement that the Perfection of Wisdom is perfected, to the statement that if there is no perception that all aspects of knowledge are inconceivable, then all phenomena such as form, in the ultimate sense, are not objects of the mind because they are without substance. Even if a Bodhisattva's thought arises, thinking that it is inconceivable, it is not enough to perfect the practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. If there is no such thought or subtle discrimination, then one will surely perfect the practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. Therefore, it is taught in this way. Question: World Honored One, who will believe in this profound Perfection of Wisdom? That is to say, in the manner described above, the profound meaning of the Perfection of Wisdom is not the object of analysis and thought. Who is it that believes and understands and practices such a meaning? Thus he asked. The World Honored One said: Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, whoever practices the six perfections, etc., this profound Perfection of Wisdom is not the object of everyone's practice. Those who have practiced the six perfections in the past, accumulated great roots of virtue, served and honored many Buddhas, and are embraced by virtuous friends, because they have the remnants of past virtue and are fit vessels, they believe and understand this profound Perfection of Wisdom and practice it. Therefore, it is taught in this way. Question: World Honored One, by what measure does a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practice the six perfections? etc., that is to say, by what measure can one practice the six perfections in the past, accumulate roots of virtue, and serve and honor many Buddhas?

and asked about the extent to which they were embraced by virtuous friends. The Blessed One said: "Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, from 'not attending to form, not distinguishing' to 'not attending to the nature of all-knowingness, not distinguishing,' this shows the extent to which they have previously practiced the six perfections, accumulated roots of virtue, made offerings to many Buddhas, and been embraced by virtuous friends. That is, the very fact of not attending to all phenomena such as form is a sign and characteristic of having previously practiced the six perfections, accumulated roots of virtue, made offerings to many Buddhas, and been embraced by virtuous friends. 'Not attending to form, not distinguishing' means not attending to form in general, which is the object of eye consciousness. 'Not attending to the characteristics of form, not distinguishing' means not attending to the nature of form, which is the function of form. 'Not attending to the self-nature of form, not distinguishing' means not attending even to the emptiness of the self-nature of form. Just as the explanation of form has been given, so too should all phenomena, from feeling and so on up to all-knowingness, be explained accordingly. Why is this? Subhuti, from 'form is inconceivable' to 'all-knowingness is inconceivable,' this shows the reason for non-attention. That is, all phenomena such as form have no entity in ultimate truth, because they are empty of self-nature, so they are not objects of discrimination and thought, and because they are inconceivable, they are not attended to. Subhuti, in this way, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the six perfections, accumulates roots of virtue, makes offerings to many Buddhas, and is embraced by virtuous friends."
