The profound meaning of the Perfection of Wisdom is also that even when practicing and meditating on what is without substance and without characteristics, one does not become weary or discouraged, which is the meaning of engaging in difficult practices. In the sky, there is no form, no feeling, and so on, up to no unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, which shows the reason for the absence of substance and characteristics in the sky. The sky, from form and so on up to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, all those phenomena are not substances and are empty by nature. Just as it is difficult to meditate on such emptiness, so too is it difficult to meditate on the Perfection of Wisdom. O Blessed One, those Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas who understand this armor are worthy of being revered, which is to say that, in the manner described above, even when practicing and meditating on the profound meaning of the Perfection of Wisdom, which is like the sky, one does not become discouraged or turn back. Such difficult practices are rare and wonderful, and because they have donned great armor, they are worthy of being worshiped and revered by gods and humans. O Blessed One, those who understand this armor are those who are inclined to strive, endeavor, and exert themselves for the sake of the sky, which is to say that even when meditating on the profound meaning of the Perfection of Wisdom and believing in what is difficult, they do not become discouraged or turn back. The example of those who have donned armor is like striving and endeavoring in the sky, showing its difficulty. O Blessed One, those who don the armor for the sake of sentient beings are those who seek to fully ripen and fully liberate the sky, which is to say that those who have donned the armor of diligence in order to fully ripen and liberate sentient beings also, in reality, sentient beings have no substance. To fully ripen and liberate them in something like the sky is just like wanting to fully ripen and liberate the sky. O Blessed One, Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas for phenomena like the sky

Thereafter, donning armor means donning great armor, which means that in order to ripen and liberate sentient beings, and in order to realize and attain pure dharmas, and in order to completely abandon and exhaust all dharmas belonging to the side of afflictions, in the ultimate sense, everything is without substance, empty of self-nature, like the sky, sentient beings strive to ripen and liberate, strive to realize and attain pure dharmas, and bodhisattvas who strive to completely abandon and exhaust dharmas belonging to the side of afflictions, this is difficult practice, it is donning great armor, thus it is said. Blessed One, donning armor for the sake of sentient beings means donning armor in the empty space, which is also in the ultimate sense, sentient beings are without substance, like the sky, striving to benefit sentient beings is also difficult practice, thus it is said. Blessed One, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who enters into unsurpassed perfect enlightenment for the sake of sentient beings, they have attained great diligence, which means that the Bodhisattva attains unsurpassed perfect enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings, in the ultimate sense, both sentient beings and unsurpassed enlightenment are without substance, like the sky, striving and exerting effort without fatigue and without turning back, this is donning great armor, thus it is said. Blessed One, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who enters into unsurpassed perfect enlightenment for the sake of sentient beings, they are donning great armor, which means that it is said in order to declare the meaning of attaining great diligence as mentioned above. Blessed One, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who, for the sake of dharmas like the sky, seeks to fully awaken to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, they are donning inconceivable, incomparable armor, which refers to the great diligence mentioned above.

This is a concluding instruction on the discussion of wearing great armor. What is the reason for this? World Honored One, if this world of the three thousand great thousand worlds, such as the reed jungle, World Honored One, in this way, I say that for the sake of sentient beings, those who seek unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment should make the sky fully ripen and should be completely liberated. Up to "Yes, I pray," it is also said above that those who strive for the benefit of sentient beings ultimately strive for the benefit of the sky, which is asceticism, which is the reason and example of the explanation. Then, from "A monk thought like this" to "World Honored One, I prostrate to the Prajnaparamita," although in the ultimate truth, no dharma has arising and ceasing, in the conventional truth, the pure dharmas such as the five aggregates without outflows are not non-existent, the efforts of sentient beings will not become meaningless, this is a praise to the Prajnaparamita which possesses skillful means and wisdom. Then, the Lord of the Gods, Indra, said to the Venerable Subhuti, "Whoever wants to study this Prajnaparamita is striving in empty space." This is to eliminate the attachment and clinging to characteristics of the five aggregates without outflows, etc., which are said to exist in the conventional truth above. Therefore, one should realize that all dharmas in the ultimate truth are like empty space. Then, the Lord of the Gods, Indra, said to the World Honored One, "If it is not like that, then he will not succeed as he wishes and will become a tired fate." This is to say that if one has faith and belief in the profound meaning of the Prajnaparamita as it is taught, and does not have the concept of having an object of focus and characteristics, then humans and non-humans, etc., will look for opportunities, because there is no object of focus, it itself is its protection and salvation, so there is no need to protect the characteristics.
