The Buddha said: For the sons and daughters of good family who are of the Bodhisattva Vehicle, attachment and non-attachment have been well taught. This is what Subhuti requested, and in order to make everyone believe that everything has been taught, the Buddha said, "It is true." Furthermore, Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Prajnaparamita, if he does not practice on "form is attachment or non-attachment," then he is practicing the Prajnaparamita, up to "if he does not practice on all-knowingness is attachment or non-attachment," then he is practicing the Prajnaparamita. Because all dharmas such as form are empty in their own nature, they are neither a place of attachment, nor should one think of them as the nature of non-attachment, one should not think and discriminate in this way, this is truly practicing the Prajnaparamita. Subhuti, if a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices in this way, then he will not have any recognition of "form is attachment or non-attachment," up to "unexcelled perfect enlightenment is attachment or non-attachment." As mentioned above, in this way, without discriminating between attachment and non-attachment to all dharmas, and meditating on the profound meaning of the Prajnaparamita, the merit of this is that one will not grasp the characteristics of attachment or non-attachment to all dharmas such as form, nor will recognition arise. Question: World Honored One, this profound dharma, even if taught, will not decrease, and if not taught, will not decrease, if taught, will not increase, and if not taught, will not increase, it is truly amazing! This is to say that the profound meaning of the Prajnaparamita is the nature of suchness, which does not change and is completely established. Among them, "even if taught, it will not decrease" means that the profound Prajnaparamita is the nature of suchness, which does not change and is completely established, the Dharma speaker gives Dharma to the listeners, even if taught in various ways, it will not decrease or harm the suchness, that is the meaning. "Even if not taught,

"Not diminishing" means that if it is not shown and propagated to others, no one will hear, think, and practice it, and it will not disappear because of this. "Even if shown, it will not increase" means that the self-nature of suchness, the profound and unchanging Dharma, is already complete. Even if it is shown and propagated to many sentient beings, sentient beings will only understand and comprehend it individually. However, for the self-nature of suchness, it will not increase and expand because of this. This is the meaning to be expressed. "Not showing it will not increase" means that suchness is unchanging and already complete. Therefore, even if it is not shown to others, not taught, it will not increase and expand because of this. This is what is to be expressed. The Blessed One said, "It is just so, Subhuti, it is just so," etc., in order to make the audience firmly believe in the words and meanings asked by Subhuti, the Blessed One said, "This is true." From "Subhuti, for example" to "Subhuti, similarly, the Dharma-nature of all Dharmas, whether shown or not shown, is the same," because the profound meaning of the Prajnaparamita does not change and is already complete, a metaphor that does not depend on conditions is shown. Reported: "Blessed One, Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices Prajnaparamita" to "It is difficult to do" means that in this way, the profound meaning of Prajnaparamita does not change and is already complete, and does not depend on conditions. For such a Dharma that is difficult to generate faith and trust, when practicing and showing it, one will not be discouraged and distracted, and will not abandon diligence, will not retreat, and has great power. This is a very rare and difficult practice, which is what is to be expressed. "What is the reason for this? Blessed One, for example, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas practice Prajnaparamita, which is like practicing emptiness," this is to explain the reason why practicing and practicing the profound meaning of Prajnaparamita is difficult, just as emptiness has no substance and is free from all characteristics, so is Prajnaparamita.
