Therefore, from "without feeling" to "without substance, without action," it is explained with metaphors that there is no substance and no action. For example, just as the sky and a person created by illusion have no substance and no mind, so they do nothing. The characteristic of abiding separately is proven in various ways, meaning that in the ultimate truth, because there is no substance, there is no agent; but in the conventional truth, appearance is merely dependent on the aggregation of causes and conditions. Thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices in this way is practicing the Prajnaparamita. From "permitted by the Buddha, praised by the Buddha" it is explained that if one realizes that all dharmas are without substance, then practicing and studying the Prajnaparamita is more excellent than all practices with characteristics. Abiding in it, the Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyaksambuddhas, lift up this three-thousandfold great thousand world realm with their right hands, from "unequaled" to "unequal and equal," it is explained that the power and merit of practicing the Prajnaparamita in this way is great. O Joyful One, wanting to measure or seek the limit of the Prajnaparamita is like wanting to measure the sky and seek its limit. Why is that? O Joyful One, thinking that the Prajnaparamita can be exhausted is like thinking that the sky can be exhausted. From this, it is explained that the Prajnaparamita possesses such great merit, therefore, in the conventional truth, the merit is immeasurable and inexhaustible, and will not be exhausted. The Prajnaparamita is not exhausted, not depleted, will not be exhausted, and even all-knowingness is not exhausted, not depleted, will not be exhausted. If these dharmas do not arise, how can they be exhausted? From this, it is explained that not only is the Prajnaparamita without substance, immeasurable, and inexhaustible, but also the Dhyana Paramita and so on, all kinds of

It also shows that all dharmas up to omniscience are of the same nature. Then, from "extending the tongue root," to "Good, the Prajnaparamita Dharani you have upheld is the Prajnaparamita Dharani that can uphold all dharmas," it is to make the retinue believe, and this Prajnaparamita has been declared with many merits. Did the Blessed One extend the tongue root to show that he was not lying? Believe as I said, and widely declare this profound Prajnaparamita to the fourfold disciples, namely monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen. The fiftieth chapter of the Holy Prajnaparamita One Hundred Thousand Verses. Finished. Chapter Fifty-one, the Entrustment Chapter. After that, the Venerable Subhuti thought, from "Blessed One, Prajnaparamita is inconceivable," to "Blessed One, Prajnaparamita is inconceivable," as mentioned above, since the unsurpassed Bodhi to be attained is profound, then the Prajnaparamita as the path to attain it is also profound, then how should it be attained? So he asked: Blessed One, Prajnaparamita is inconceivable, this is said to ask for the means of how to attain Prajnaparamita, which is a profound and unsubstantial dharma. The Blessed One said: Subhuti, because space is endless, so Prajnaparamita is also endless, this is to show that Prajnaparamita is unsubstantial in the ultimate sense, because it is similar to space, so it is endless. Question: Blessed One, to realize Prajnaparamita, from Prajnaparamita being similar to space and having no substance, how should it be perfected? The Blessed One said: Subhuti, because form is endless, so Prajnaparamita should be realized, from Subhuti, all aspects of knowledge

Moreover, because of inexhaustibility, one should manifest the Perfection of Wisdom. This in between refers to all phenomena such as form, which are without substance in ultimate reality. Knowing that inexhaustibility itself is the non-conceptual manifestation of the Perfection of Wisdom, this is what is shown. Furthermore, Subhuti, form is inexhaustible like the sky, so a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should manifest the Perfection of Wisdom. From this point, Subhuti, all-knowingness is inexhaustible like the sky, so a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should manifest the Perfection of Wisdom. This in between indicates that the inexhaustibility of form and so on is shown by the example of the sky. Just as the sky is without substance and therefore does not change to exhaustion, similarly, all phenomena such as form are also without substance like the sky in ultimate reality, so having realized that they are inexhaustible, the non-conceptual Perfection of Wisdom will become complete, this is what is shown. Furthermore, Subhuti, ignorance is inexhaustible like the sky, so a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should manifest the Perfection of Wisdom. From this point, Subhuti, old age and death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, unhappiness, and turmoil are inexhaustible like the sky, so a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should manifest the Perfection of Wisdom. This in between indicates that the manifestation of the Perfection of Wisdom is shown through the way of analyzing the twelve links of dependent origination. That is, after conventionally observing the twelve links of dependent origination in forward and reverse order, in ultimate reality, having also realized that they are without substance like the sky and therefore inexhaustible, the non-conceptual Perfection of Wisdom will become complete, this is what is shown. Subhuti, thus a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should manifest the Perfection of Wisdom, this refers to the fact that, as mentioned earlier, because form and so on are inexhaustible, one should manifest the Perfection of Wisdom.
