The Hearers and Solitary Realizers also, through perfecting the six perfections, have attained unobstructed wisdom regarding all that is to be known. Among the knowable, considering the long periods of past and future, how sentient and non-sentient things previously changed, how they will change later, and the things that are difficult to examine and observe in the present, the realm of ultimate reality that is not an object of expression by words, and the unconditioned realm. These five knowable things are profound and difficult to examine. Because others cannot thoroughly penetrate them, they are like an ocean and are called the ocean of five knowables. The Hearers and Solitary Realizers' saying that they have thoroughly penetrated the ocean of five knowables does not refer to the time when they are in the position of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, but rather to the time when they manifest complete and perfect enlightenment in the manner of proclaiming the One Vehicle. The saying, "Do not do it in the mind of Khazayaga," means do not do something empty or meaningless. So, how can a Bodhisattva Mahasattva not cling to self? From "So, which field does the Bodhisattva Mahasattva want to go to?" to "Showing the body in those mandalas of retinues," refers to the fact that a Bodhisattva abiding on the seventh ground should not do the twenty dharmas such as clinging, and should perfect the twenty dharmas such as perfecting emptiness, which is an explanation of what was briefly mentioned above. So, how can a Bodhisattva Mahasattva comprehend the minds of all sentient beings? From "So, how does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva intentionally think of and accept desire?" to "For example, in order to fully ripen sentient beings," refers to the fact that a Bodhisattva abiding on the eighth ground should perfect the two kinds of four dharmas, which is an explanation of what was briefly mentioned above. So, how can a Bodhisattva Mahasattva become perfect as he wishes? From "So, how

Until the Bodhisattva Mahasattva's qualities are completely perfected and fully endowed, it is the explanation of the above-mentioned summary that the Bodhisattva, residing on the ninth ground, should perfect the twelve dharmas. Among them, from "What is it that the Bodhisattva Mahasattva residing on the tenth ground is called the Thus-Gone One?" to "Subhuti, thus the Bodhisattva Mahasattva residing on the tenth ground is called the Thus-Gone One," is the explanation of the above-mentioned summary that the Bodhisattva residing on the tenth ground is called the Thus-Gone One, and the meaning of these has already been explained in the above-mentioned summary. Subhuti, from "What are the ten grounds of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva?" to "Subhuti, these are the ten grounds of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva," is the explanation of how the Bodhisattva residing on the ten grounds, mentioned above, is called the Thus-Gone One, how to reside on the ten grounds, and how to be called the Thus-Gone One, that is, when the Bodhisattva skillfully practices the six perfections, the eighteen emptinesses, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, etc., up to the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddha, he transcends the ground of the Hearers, the Solitary Buddhas, and the nine grounds of the Bodhisattvas, and residing on the tenth ground of the Bodhisattva means residing on the ground of the Buddha. Among them, the so-called "Ground of Pure Vision" refers to the fact that when residing on the ground of practice with aspiration, upon obtaining the samadhi called "Warmth" and "Peak," one first sees the pure white dharmas, hence it is called "Ground of Pure Vision." The so-called "Ground of Lineage" refers to the fact that when obtaining the samadhi called "Patience" and "Supreme Worldly Dharma," one realizes the selflessness of phenomena and persons, and therefore possesses the lineage to attain the three enlightenments, hence it is called "Ground of Lineage." The so-called "Eighth Ground" refers to the fact that counting upwards from the position of obtaining the fruit of Arhat, the order of entering the fruit of Stream-Enterer is located at the eighth, hence it is called "Constant Flow."
