Thus. It is not reasonable that the ripening of the fruit of practicing non-virtuous actions will cause suffering to be experienced. It is not reasonable that the ripening of the fruit of practicing non-virtuous actions will cause happiness to be experienced, and so on. The knowledge that knows all aspects of the conformity and non-conformity, reasonableness and unreasonableness of the causes and effects of good and bad deeds, without any obscuration, is called the power of knowing what is and is not. The actions of the past, future, and present, and the abiding of the fully accepted ripening of actions, and the nature of the cause, are thoroughly known as they are. This means that the good and bad actions of sentient beings through body, speech, and mind, what they have done in the past, what they are doing now, and what they will do in the future, are all known, and the ripening of those actions, what they will become, is also known as it is. This is called the power of knowing the ripening of actions. Fully accepting actions means accepting happiness in the present, and later experiencing suffering, or accepting that a person will later experience happiness in the present, and so on. The nature of the place means where sentient beings have done actions, and where they will ripen, is called the nature of the place. The nature of the cause means the cause of doing actions, the mind with the root of virtue, or the mind with the root of non-virtue, is called the nature of the cause. The various realms of the world, the many realms of the world, are thoroughly known as they are. The world abides and relies on impermanence, so sentient beings are called the world. Realm means the intention or nature of sentient beings. The intentions or natures of sentient beings are many different and inconceivable, and those that cannot be known by Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, etc., are known by the Tathagata as they are, each with their own intentions and habits, and accordingly teaches the corresponding Dharma. This is called the power of knowing various realms. Mind

Dedication to obtaining the enjoyment fruit of samsara, and knowing the faults of being attached to meditation, etc., and viewing with characteristics, etc., and meditating in order to fully ripen sentient beings with higher vision that purifies meditation, etc., and actualizing supernormal knowledge, and the qualities of contemplating the non-objective, individually distinguishing and truly establishing them, is called the power of knowing meditation, liberation, samadhi, attainment, defilements, and the establishment of purification. From "He remembers many former abodes in various ways" to "He remembers many former abodes in various ways with reasoning," this is to show the power of knowing the remembrance of former abodes, which is self-referential. From "With the divine eye, which is pure and transcends the human, he sees beings dying and being born" to "Due to that cause and that condition, after the body is destroyed, he is reborn in the happy realm of the heavens," this is to show the power of knowing the transference and birth of life, which is self-referential. Because of the exhaustion of the outflows, the mind is liberated, and wisdom is liberated, the unpolluted is directly realized by one's own supernormal knowledge, witnessed, and abided in, etc., this is to show the power of knowing the exhaustion of the outflows. Because of the exhaustion of the outflows, the mind is liberated, and wisdom is liberated, the unpolluted is directly realized by one's own supernormal knowledge, witnessed, and abided in. This means that by abandoning the outflows of afflictions such as desire, one attains the characteristic of the liberation of mind and wisdom, the unpolluted realm of nirvana, and abides in it. "My birth is exhausted" means that with the wisdom arising after obtaining the nirvana with remainder, one knows that one will no longer be born in samsara. "My pure conduct is established" means that pure conduct refers to the cause of obtaining nirvana, such as guarding the precepts.
