As for the part up to "one will view as falling into a place," it means that due to unskilled means, one generates views by focusing on forms and so on. Therefore, one will view forms and other worldly and transworldly phenomena as real entities. This is what is being shown. Among them, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, in order to abandon those aspects of viewing with skillful means, he teaches the Dharma in a way that does not focus on anything. This is a summary of the meaning of the words Bodhisattva Mahasattva, which is then shown. Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, those who realize the selflessness of persons and the selflessness of phenomena, are called Bodhisattva Mahasattvas because they abandon the ways of viewing that focus on persons and phenomena, and proclaim the great meaning of the selflessness of persons and phenomena. This is what is being shown. Then, the venerable Subhuti said to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, for what reason is one called a Bodhisattva Mahasattva? I also feel encouraged about this," and so on. This is the explanation of the meaning of the term Bodhisattva Mahasattva by the noble Subhuti. "Bhagavan, the mind of enlightenment, the unequal and equal mind, the mind that is not shared by all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, one does not cling to such a mind, and therefore one is called a Bodhisattva Mahasattva." This means that one does not cling to such a mind of enlightenment that realizes the complete purity of the Dharmadhatu of unsurpassed enlightenment. Because such a mind without clinging is great, it is called a great mind. This is what is being shown. As for the so-called unequal and equal mind, unequal refers to unsurpassed enlightenment. Because unsurpassed enlightenment is unequal and equal to anything, the mind of enlightenment is called unequal and equal. The so-called not shared by all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas means that such a mind of enlightenment that realizes the complete purity of the Dharmadhatu is not present in all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. For what reason? From "Bodhisattva

Up to "the ranks of Bodhisattvas," it shows the reason for not being attached to Bodhicitta. The so-called "mind of omniscience" is because Bodhicitta is the cause of attaining omniscience. The so-called "untainted and uncomprehended" is because the Bodhicitta that enables the attainment of omniscience is empty in its own nature. There is no leakage of afflictions and it does not belong to any of the three realms, therefore, because it has no entity, it is shown that it is not attached to it. Therefore, Bodhicitta is neither unequal nor equal, because it is not attached to such Bodhicitta. Because it is not an ordinary Bodhisattva, it is included in the ranks of Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, which is what is to be expressed. Then, starting from "The venerable Sharadvatiputra said to the venerable Subhuti," etc., it is to clearly show the unequal and equal Bodhicitta to the retinue, so it shows the questions raised by the venerable Shariputra, and the answers given by Subhuti. Starting from "After the first generation of mind, one does not truly see any dharma arising," etc., it refers to when a Bodhisattva generates non-conceptual Bodhicitta on the first bhumi, because he realizes that all dharmas have no entity, he realizes that there is no birth, cessation, increase, decrease, etc. This is the unequal and equal Bodhicitta, which is Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas All are not in common, which is what is to be expressed. Said: Venerable Subhuti, you said that the mind of omniscience is untainted and uncomprehended, and that one is not attached to such a mind, that is indeed the case. Venerable Subhuti, therefore, form is also not attached to, etc., refers to the fact that the great Bodhisattva is not only not attached to the mind of omniscience, that is, the untainted and uncomprehended mind, but also to form and feeling, etc., up to the worldly dharmas between the twelve links of dependent origination, and the perfection of generosity, etc., up to all

Now, (the text) shows that even between (all) the knowledges, the supramundane dharmas are also similarly unestablished. The venerable Subhuti said: The son of Sharadvati, the venerable one, is just like that, even form is unestablished. Even all-knowingness is unestablished. The noble Shariputra said that all dharmas are unestablished, and the noble Subhuti said: Yes, that is so. As you said, all dharmas of the world and beyond are ultimately of the nature of non-establishment. In this way, understanding that all dharmas are of the nature of non-establishment, and not being attached to anything, one is called a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. This should be combined with that. (Shariputra) said: Venerable Subhuti, you said that the mind of all-knowingness is also without outflows and unattainable, that is correct. Venerable Subhuti, not only that, but the minds of individual ordinary beings are also without outflows and unattainable because their nature is emptiness. And so on, ultimately, not only is the mind of enlightenment that attains all-knowingness without outflows and unattainable, but the minds of individual ordinary beings, as well as the minds of hearers and solitary realizers, and the mind of the Buddha Bhagavan, are also without outflows and unattainable because their nature is emptiness. Here it is shown that the meaning of without outflows and unattainable has already been explained above. Subhuti said: That is so, even the mind of the Buddha Bhagavan is without outflows and unattainable because its nature is emptiness. The noble Shariputra said so, which is a statement of agreement in meaning. (Shariputra) said: Venerable Subhuti, if that is so, then form is also without outflows and unattainable because its nature is emptiness. Even all-knowingness is without outflows and unattainable because its nature is emptiness. Just like the individual ordinary beings'
