I, (resolve to) always contemplate the dharmas that are aspects of enlightenment, and the thought of abiding in solitude in accordance with the contemplation of those very dharmas that are aspects of enlightenment, and the thought of not looking to worldly distractions, gain, and reverence, and the thought of abandoning the Lesser Vehicle and realizing the Great Vehicle, and the thought of accomplishing all the benefits of all sentient beings, these are twenty. (Resolve to) perfect the omniscient wisdom, which is of three kinds: the wisdom of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, which is merely the knowledge of all; the wisdom of the Bodhisattvas, which is the knowledge of the aspects of the path; and the wisdom of the Tathagatas, which is the perfect knowledge of all aspects. (Resolve to) perfect the knowledge of tranquility and insight. Tranquility is the mind abiding in one-pointedness, without conceptualization, while meditating on the samadhi of emptiness. Insight is when the mind abides in one-pointedness in that way, without becoming dull or drowsy, and is made clear by wisdom, thereby seeing the true meaning as it is. (Resolve to) perfect the three knowledges, which are: the knowledge of remembering past lives, the knowledge of the transference and birth of beings, and the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements. (Resolve to) perfect the four kinds of analytical knowledge, which are: analytical knowledge of dharma, analytical knowledge of meaning, analytical knowledge of expression, and analytical knowledge of eloquence. Among these, analytical knowledge of dharma is the correct understanding of the scriptural dharmas spoken from the mouth of the Buddha, such as the Sutra Pitaka. Analytical knowledge of meaning is the understanding of what the true meaning of those scriptural dharmas is. Analytical knowledge of expression is when a Bodhisattva understands the language spoken by all sentient beings, such as gods, nagas, and yakshas, and speaks the Dharma in the language of all sentient beings. Analytical knowledge of eloquence is the Bodhisattva's eloquence that cannot be overcome by anyone, and there is no obstruction in asking others about the Dharma, and for what others

Possessing fearless and unimpeded eloquence in written responses. To perfect the four fearlessnesses means fearlessness regarding complete enlightenment, fearlessness regarding the exhaustion of defilements, fearlessness regarding the definitive teaching of obstructing dharmas, and fearlessness regarding the teaching of the path of definite emergence. Among these, fearlessness regarding complete enlightenment means that the Tathagata has completely understood all dharmas in their true nature, both conventionally and ultimately, and has attained complete enlightenment. No god, demon, Brahma, or ascetic, Brahmin, or anyone else with power, magical abilities, or qualities, who claims to be wise, can find any basis or reason to argue that it is not complete enlightenment. Therefore, it is called fearlessness regarding complete and perfect enlightenment. Fearlessness regarding the exhaustion of defilements means that the Tathagata has abandoned all defilements, such as desire, along with their latent tendencies, and knows that they are exhausted. No one can refute this by saying that the defilements are not exhausted, and no one can argue against it with reason. There is no doubt or fear. Saying that shamelessness, lack of embarrassment, and immodesty are obstacles to the noble path and virtuous qualities is perfectly true, and no one can argue with reason that they are not obstructing dharmas. Therefore, there is no fear or doubt. Fearlessness regarding the teaching of the path of definite emergence means that the Tathagata teaches that the path of definite emergence is the cause for attaining nirvana. No ascetic or Brahmin can refute this by saying that it is not the path of definite emergence, and no one can change it. Therefore, there is no doubt or fear. To perfect the undiminished five superknowledges means that in all the deaths and rebirths of beings, one always possesses the five superknowledges. Because the superknowledges have not diminished, it is called undiminished superknowledge. To perfect the six perfections means that although the six perfections have been explained before, here, it is also explained as belonging to the context of fully ripening sentient beings. To perfect the seven riches
