身相莊嚴。手足有輪相，腳如龜足。手和腳趾有網相連。肌膚柔軟細嫩。此身七處高聳，手指纖長，腳跟寬大，身軀高大端正。足踝不現，毛髮向上生長。腿如羚羊，手臂修長美麗。陰藏內斂。手掌呈金色，皮膚薄。毛髮一一向右旋生長。面有白毫莊嚴，上半身如獅子。此之臂膀圓潤，肩膊豐滿。此不嗜粗食，而喜妙味。身如榕樹般廣大。頂髻高聳，舌頭修長美麗。聲音如梵天，面頰如獅子，牙齒。非常潔白，排列整齊，大小均勻。齒數圓滿四十顆。眼睛深藍，眼睫毛極佳。這些就是三十二相。也就是說，此步伐穩健，手和腳平整且有輪相。由於極其殊勝，所以腳如龜足。如天鵝王般，手和腳之間有網相連。手和腳的背部、肩膀和頸部積累了肌肉，所以身體的七處高聳。高大是因為其高大。足踝不顯現，而且毛髮向上生長，非常隱藏的足踝不顯現等等，這些都在經中有所記載。此處大腿根部以下都應算作足部。手臂修長，完全伸展時能及膝蓋。陰藏內斂，是指陰藏隱沒於內部，被遮蓋且完全覆蓋，所以此之陰藏是隱沒於內部的極致。白毫位於眉間，白色且向右旋轉，頂端向上。此之上半身如獅子。圓潤是指頸部非常圓潤，因為頸部非常完美。此之肩膊內部充實，並積累了肌肉，所以說肩膊豐滿。榕樹是指一尋，肚臍上下腳底

The body is adorned. Hands and feet have wheel marks, and the feet are like tortoise feet. Fingers and toes are connected by webs. The skin is soft and tender. This body has seven high points, long fingers, wide heels, and a tall, upright body. The ankles are not visible, and the hair grows upwards. The legs are like those of a gazelle, and the arms are long and beautiful. The genitals are retracted. The palms are golden in color, and the skin is thin. Each hair grows clockwise. The face is adorned with a white hair, and the upper body is like a lion. The arms are round, and the shoulders are full. This one does not crave coarse food but enjoys delicious flavors. The body is as vast as a banyan tree. The crown of the head is high, and the tongue is long and beautiful. The voice is like Brahma, the cheeks are like a lion, and the teeth are. Very white, neatly arranged, and evenly sized. The number of teeth is forty, complete. The eyes are deep blue, and the eyelashes are excellent. These are the thirty-two marks. That is to say, this one walks steadily, and the hands and feet are flat and have wheel marks. Because it is extremely excellent, the feet are like tortoise feet. Like the king of swans, the hands and feet are connected by webs. The back of the hands and feet, the shoulders, and the neck have accumulated muscles, so the seven parts of the body are high. Tall because it is tall. The ankles are not visible, and the hair grows upwards, and the very hidden ankles are not visible, etc., these are all recorded in the sutras. Here, everything below the root of the thigh should be regarded as the foot. The arms are long and can reach the knees when fully extended. The genitals are retracted, which means that the genitals are hidden inside, covered and completely covered, so the genitals are the ultimate in being hidden inside. The white hair is located between the eyebrows, white and rotating to the right, with the tip pointing upwards. The upper body is like a lion. Round means that the neck is very round, because the neck is very perfect. The shoulders are full inside and have accumulated muscles, so it is said that the shoulders are full. Banyan tree refers to one fathom, the soles of the feet above and below the navel.

从那里直到头顶之间和两手之间的跨度相等的身体。顶髻是缠绕在头上的形状。脸颊像狮子，因为像十二的月亮。这里的十的尺度全部转换就是四十。牛王是牛群之王，即牛中的佼佼者。对此，以何种特征？以何为成就的因？彼与彼完全圆满，这些特征真实成就。这是论典中所说。成就因的特征是圆满受用身。又，论典中说：迎接上师等，如实受持依止，摄受依止和丰饶，布施事物和所杀之物，解脱和善行，如实受持增上等，是成就因的特征，如经中所说。即，对上师们迎接和送别，听闻佛法后布施轮等是第一特征。如实依止所受持的是第二。依止摄受的事物是第三。丰饶是为了布施饮食等。为了解脱束缚和救护生命，以及依止断除杀生，这是第三。增上如实受持的佛法，九是十的。布施恭敬和工巧明等，不舍弃有和拥有的乞讨者，让一切众生进入梵行，守护应保密的词语，布施丰饶的坐垫铺盖等，以及楼阁和衣服等，断除喧嚣等，将一切众生安立于如上师般的位置，任何情况下都不用粗暴的语言谩骂，唯有悦耳的言语，以及善妙的言语随顺，布施医药和侍奉病人，允许做寺院的处所等，以及对住所等 更加 अतिशय 布施，说温和等语，令一切世间的众生如实通达正法。

From there until the crown of the head, the body is equal to the span between the two hands. The crown protuberance is in the shape of being wrapped around the head. The cheeks are like a lion because they resemble the twelfth day moon. Multiplying all the measurements of ten here results in forty. The best of cows is the best of the herd, that is, the best of the cows. Regarding this, by what characteristics? What is the cause for accomplishment? That and that are completely perfect, these characteristics are truly accomplished. This is what is said in the treatise. The characteristic of the cause of accomplishment is the enjoyment body. Also, in the treatise it says: Welcoming the lama and so on, truly taking and relying, gathering reliance and abundance, giving things and what is to be killed, liberation and virtuous deeds, truly taking and increasing and so on, are the characteristics of the cause of accomplishment, as it appears in the sutra. That is, welcoming and seeing off the lamas, and giving wheels and so on after listening to the Dharma is the first characteristic. Truly relying on what is taken is the second. Relying on the object of gathering is the third. Abundance is for giving food and drink and so on. For the sake of liberating bondage and saving lives, and relying on abstaining from killing, this is the third. Increasing the Dharma that is truly taken, nine is of ten. Giving reverence and knowledge of crafts and so on, not abandoning those who beg for what is and what is possessed, causing all beings to enter into pure conduct, guarding words that should be kept secret, giving abundant seat coverings and so on, as well as mansions and clothes and so on, abandoning noise and so on, establishing all beings in a position like the lama, in no way reviling with harsh words, only pleasant words, and following with good words, giving medicine and attending to the sick, allowing the making of monastery places and so on, and especially giving to places and so on, speaking gently and so on, causing all sentient beings of all realms to truly understand the sacred Dharma.
