Not observing the three circles and the result, they are able to realize complete and perfect enlightenment, which is the activity of establishing in non-objectification. If a Bodhisattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, they do not observe sentient beings in the ultimate sense, but in the conventional sense they do observe sentient beings. Sentient beings become afflicted by clinging to things as real. In order to abandon that, they are matured by the three vehicles, which is the activity of maturing sentient beings. Those sentient beings practice all the white dharmas, such as the perfections, and train in the emptiness of all dharmas, which is the activity of establishing on the path of the Bodhisattva. Thus, they contemplate emptiness well, but do not cling to the emptiness of all dharmas as emptiness, and practice generosity and so on, and prevent those and their results, which is the activity of establishing in abandoning all clinging. Enlightenment itself is the path, and the path itself is enlightenment. Thus, the Bodhisattva becomes a Buddha, and also by perfecting all the dharmas of the Buddha, where enlightenment is realized, they pass away in that very place, which is the activity of establishing in attaining enlightenment. They prevent the faults of the conception of all dharmas such as aggregates and elements, and establish themselves and others in all virtuous dharmas such as the perfections. With that virtue, in order to perfect enlightenment for themselves and others, and in order to purify their own Buddha-field, they dedicate and make aspirations, which is the activity of establishing in purifying the Buddha-field. Thus, a Bodhisattva who has generated the first thought is certain to attain complete and perfect enlightenment. If they are certain to attain it, how could they be born in the lower realms? Whoever generates the thought of complete and perfect enlightenment, and practices the six perfections and so on, will not have the eight unfree states. Thus, how could they be born in the realm of animals?

Therefore, he possesses all virtuous dharmas, both with and without outflows, and because he has the power to take birth for the benefit of sentient beings, he takes birth according to his wish, and does not experience the suffering sensations of animals. For example, the Tathagata, having attained supreme mastery, can enter into the center of all the dust particles of all the world realms, and instantly emanate limitless bodies for the benefit of others. This is the activity of definitely establishing beings in perfect and complete enlightenment. He abides in the Perfection of Wisdom, and although he benefits sentient beings in the countless realms of the ten directions, he is not stained, because he abides in emptiness and abides in all white dharmas. Because all dharmas are not other than emptiness, this is the activity of establishing immeasurable sentient beings in benefit. He should teach in this way: all the Tathagatas in the ten directions, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, are empty in their own nature. If they were not empty, they would become singular, and therefore all their dharmas would be empty of all dharmas. He abides in the Perfection of Wisdom, and having actualized the six superknowledges, he thus, in a single instant, for the sake of the countless sentient beings of the ten directions, perfectly accomplishes the emanation of the forms of sentient beings of the six realms in various shapes and colors. For the retinues of gods, Shravakas, and Bodhisattvas, he makes them realize through emanated sounds in the countless realms of the ten directions. That sound also teaches various dharmas, or causes other emanations to act, or causes the sound of teaching the Dharma to arise even in the sky. Thus, for the benefit of sentient beings, he emanates various lands, foods, drinks, vehicles, clothing, and jewels, and with miraculous powers, he serves those who have approached the Tathagatas of the ten directions, and having listened to the Dharma from them, he lays the foundation of virtuous roots.

It can arise, but it does not cling, because emptiness does not cling to emptiness. With his divine eye, he sees the sentient beings of the ten directions of the world, and after knowing them personally through magical powers, he goes there to obtain the lord of all, and teaches them the Dharma. With his divine ear, he hears and holds the Dharma of the Buddhas of the ten directions, and then teaches it to them. Knowing the various categories of mind, knowing the behavior of sentient beings, and teaching the Dharma to those who show it as they think. He remembers the dwelling places of previous lives and others in various forms, remembers the previous Tathagatas and the Dharma, and teaches his disciples. He knows the nature of knowing the outflows, and the nature of others whose afflictions have been exhausted, and truly knows that all dharmas are empty, and even that all dharmas are empty, and teaches the Dharma that is in accordance with sentient beings. For those who do not want to abide in his words, he threatens and persuades them by breaking their heads, etc., and makes them hold the teachings. With his supernatural powers, he holds the body for the benefit of sentient beings wherever he wants. He is not defiled by happiness and suffering, nor is he defiled by anger. All his supernatural powers will appear universally in every sentient being, and there will be no death in the animal realm and other places. This is the altruistic activity of approaching the Buddhas of the ten directions and so on. What is the branch of enlightenment of a Bodhisattva? From the six perfections to the unshared dharmas of the Buddha. If you practice these, because you do not cling to the three wheels, you can correctly understand yourself and others, so you are completely perfumed there. If these are the dharmas of a Bodhisattva, then what are the dharmas of a Buddha? Therefore, after all the habitual connections of these themselves have been completely abandoned, all dharmas
