And sectarian views and six wrong views. By abandoning anger towards those who act in the desire realm, and by abandoning the ten afflictions of those who act in the form and formless realms, the sixteen afflictions will be completely abandoned. Latent, manifest, and harmful things do not exist, because they have already been abandoned. Latent things are also of two kinds: place and habit. Here, it is not correct to cling to the aggregates and other things that arise dependently as having self-nature, and from this to produce the slander of "no cause and no effect." The *Abhidharma-samuccaya* explains clinging to extreme views, which is also a distinction of wrong views. Among them, one affliction is divided into nine kinds by its small, medium, and large distinctions, and by the distinction of large large. Through belonging to the desire realm, the four dhyanas, and the formless realm, there are eighty-one in total. Through the antidote to afflictions, beginning practice without fault, what is opposed to fault and contradiction is the path of cultivation, which becomes the path through cultivation. The ultimate end of the excellent path of cultivation is the nature of two bodhicittas. Any small, medium, and large things are further divided into small, etc., with eighty-one distinctions. Here, the initial eighty are the individual distinctions of the antidote, which are the nature of the uninterrupted path and the path of liberation. Here, because the uninterrupted path itself is the path, it is called the uninterrupted path. Because it does not generate afflictions, and has no power in its own moment, from not arising to liberation, this is called liberation, that is, previously realized through the path, it is called the path. For the path of liberation, because of liberation, the antidote does not generate afflictions, because it exists with the nature of abandonment. Similarly, in the *Abhidharma-samuccaya*, because the distinction of the antidote arises, afflictions cannot arise, and as the distinction of the bad destination called habit ceases, manifestation arises simultaneously, just as darkness disappears. Similarly, because of cessation, future afflictions will not arise.

It is said that it also abandons that which abides in the nature of abandonment. The first reason for the desire realm is the nature of the path of meditative accomplishment, such as the sixth generation of mind, etc., in the nine grounds such as stainlessness. Then, the seventy-one distinctions of the form and formless realms are said to be the nature of the path of meditative accomplishment that is the distinction of the extraordinary path, the very pure nature of the path of meditative accomplishment. Because it is very pure in relation to accomplishment, and because it is the cause of the seventy-two. The seventy-two distinctions are not explained as the knowledge of the path, which is the fruit of the path of meditative accomplishment, the very pure nature, because it would be absurd to be the purity of the complete Buddha. In this regard, with regard to accomplishment, the treatise says: Its very nature is supreme, it does not manifestly gather in all, the dharmas are without object, initiating is of great meaning. That is, there are five aspects of accomplishment, which are the special nature of the perfection of wisdom of the path of meditative accomplishment, from the very complete omniscient wisdom to the turning of the wheel of dharma. The supreme is that the six perfections do not manifestly gather in all the dharmas that are manifestly accomplished, because there is no object, it does not initiate in all the dharmas, that is, to initiate, to realize that there is no object in all the dharmas is of great meaning, what is said here is from "then again" and so on. Here, the path of meditative accomplishment is the perfection of wisdom of the nature of seeing forms and so on without error. How is it? That is, it is said to be where omniscient wisdom is completely fulfilled. Omniscience itself is the wisdom that has abandoned all obscurations, including the connection of habitual tendencies, and because abandonment is complete, it means that wisdom is complete. Here, "to generate there" means to appear, that is, to appear because all the darkness of obscuration has been abandoned, to that.
