Regarding the spheres (kye mched la), the spheres of overcoming (zil gyis gnon pa'i kye mched) are eightfold. Among them, firstly, liberation (rnam par thar pa) encompasses two, and two also surpass two. The third has four. Thus, the Blessed One (bcom ldan 'das) also said: One who has the perception of inner form sees the outer small forms, and also knows them by overcoming them. Overcoming and seeing, like this, not becoming one with perception, this is the first. Similarly, speaking of the great (chen pos), this is the second. One who has no perception of inner form sees the outer form, the small ones and so on, this is the third. Similarly, speaking of the great and so on, this is the fourth. One who has no inner form sees the outer form, the blue (sngon po) ones and so on, this is the fifth. Similarly, speaking of the yellow (ser po), this is the sixth. Similarly, speaking of the red (dmar po), this is the seventh. Similarly, speaking of the white (dkar po), this is the eighth. Among them, small form is said to be sentient beings, this is because its size is small. For the great, the number of sentient beings, and houses, mansions, mountains, and so on, this is because its size is large. Therefore, in whatever way is appropriate, those who are liberated especially cherish the spheres of overcoming, and by overcoming with the spheres of overcoming, they repeatedly make them invisible and see them. Knowing by overcoming, this is knowing by calm abiding (zhi gnas). Seeing, this is seeing by insight (lhag mthong). Becoming one with such perception, this is because there is no pride. By the spheres of overcoming, the exhaustion of earth and so on that are overcome, spreading around, elsewhere here it is called exhaustion. In some places, a sphere other than that is called a sphere of overcoming. In some places, the distinctions of earth and so on are shown, exhaustion of earth, exhaustion of water, exhaustion of fire, exhaustion of wind, exhaustion of blue, exhaustion of yellow, exhaustion of red, exhaustion of white, exhaustion of the sphere of infinite space, exhaustion of the sphere of infinite consciousness, and so on. These also, for the sake of the fruit, meditate on the non-suchness, and that is also the nature of non-suchness.

从阿(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无)、ra(藏文:ར,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:离垢)、pa(藏文:པ,梵文天城体:प,梵文罗马拟音:pa,汉语字面意思:语)、ca(藏文:ཙ,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:行)、na(藏文:ན,梵文天城体:न,梵文罗马拟音:na,汉语字面意思:名)等字生起如是性,是为了修习之义。 同样,ra(藏文:ར,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:离垢)等的意义也应如是理解。

For the yogis, they will appear separately in this way. All other paths besides these are also completely gathered by diligence, meditation, and the perfection of wisdom, according to what is appropriate for the collection of paths. "Dharani" means that which should be held in its entirety, which is the collection of dharanis. From the letters A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:no birth), RA(藏文:ར,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:stainless), PA(藏文:པ,梵文天城体:प,梵文罗马拟音:pa,汉语字面意思:speech), CA(藏文:ཙ,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:conduct), NA(藏文:ན,梵文天城体:न,梵文罗马拟音:na,汉语字面意思:name), etc., generating suchness is for the purpose of practicing. When practice is completed, the forbearance of the meaning of the letters will arise, and that is the dharani of forbearance. One who possesses the dharani of intelligence, the cause for holding the aggregates taught by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions is the dharani of Dharma. Holding it by uniting mindfulness and wisdom is the dharani of meaning. By uniting mindfulness and wisdom, being able to freely speak mantras like illusions to benefit sentient beings is the dharani of mantras. "Man"(藏文:མན,梵文天城体:मन,梵文罗马拟音:man,汉语字面意思:mind) means knowing, and "Treng"(藏文:ཏྲེང,梵文天城体:त्राण,梵文罗马拟音:trāṇa,汉语字面意思:protection) means protecting. "Man"(藏文:མན,梵文天城体:मन,梵文罗马拟音:man,汉语字面意思:mind) is mind, and "Tra"(藏文:ཏྲ,梵文天城体:त्रा,梵文罗马拟音:trā,汉语字面意思:protection) is protecting, the indivisibility of the wisdom of emptiness and compassion is mantra. Because its cause is the same, letters are also called mantras. Among them, A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:no birth) is the door of all dharmas because it is unborn from the beginning, it is the method of individually knowing the truth of all dharmas as they are. How to know? Because it is unborn from the beginning. Because all dharmas have never been produced from the beginning even in a state with defilements, this unbornness that is unborn and without self-nature is the meaning of A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:no birth). Similarly, the meanings of RA(藏文:ར,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:stainless) and others should also be understood. Here, the dharani of generosity, etc., is ultimately the accomplishment of accumulation, it is the nature of the supreme Dharma. Because wisdom makes the number and power of qualities greater and greater, the ripening result of abiding especially in the perfections of generosity, etc., is divided by means of differentiation, and it is called ground because it becomes fully established in qualities. Among them, the ten Bodhisattva grounds, such as the Joyful Ground, are the collection of grounds. Among them, the first ground transcends the world by accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others.

Because of attaining the initial path, one becomes exceedingly joyful, this is the bodhisattva's exceedingly joyful ground. Being free from the defilement of immoral discipline, it is therefore immaculate. Abiding in samadhi and manifesting the appearance of the great Dharma, it is therefore illuminating. Because the qualities of the path to enlightenment burn away the firewood of all afflictions, it is therefore radiating light. Because the knowledge of worldly and transworldly beings and untrue knowledge contradict each other, making it difficult to completely overcome, it is therefore difficult to tame. Whoever, in this place, abides in the perfection of wisdom, which is said to be manifest by thoroughly distinguishing dependent origination, is therefore manifest. In this place, by striving to abide in the signless, which focuses on the qualities of enlightenment and dependent origination, it is therefore far-gone. In this place, it itself becomes wind, so it is moving, therefore it is unmoving, because all the qualities of the ripening ground are spontaneously accomplished, it therefore becomes the nature of ripening. In this place, because the individual correct knowers teach the Dharma, it is the goodness of the bodhisattva, therefore it is good intelligence. In this place, the bodhisattva will manifestly be enthroned as the regent, therefore it is the cloud of Dharma. These ten individually welcome the six perfections in due order, namely, giving, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom, skillful means, strength, aspiration, and wisdom are called perfections. Among them, dedicating the supreme and complete accumulation of virtuous roots from accumulating the six perfections to enlightenment is the perfection of skillful means. Because by its skillful means, it makes it inexhaustible. It is the perfection of aspiration, such as the practice of good deeds. Whoever, in each and every lifetime, practices and cultivates the power of the six perfections and the power of individual examination, is the perfection of strength. Whoever, in each day and every moment
