Therefore, (through) entering, in various Buddhafields, they will manifest and attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, becoming Buddhas, as it is said. If the five non-returners, on the special path, have abandoned the seventy-two distinctions of afflictions and realized the seventy-one distinctions of antidotes, these individuals are those who have entered the fruit of Arhatship. Having attained through faith and view, in the manner of a frog leaping, the three stream-enterers who follow the sound of attaining faith and view are separately explained through verses. This is precisely what the former and latter words of the Noble Liberation Section state. Because he has now abandoned the nine distinctions of afflictions that operate in the desire realm, there are five types of non-returners. Then, here, it is said that by abandoning the eight distinctions of afflictions of the peak of existence, one enters the fruit of Arhatship. An Arhat is a non-learner, a fully enlightened Buddha, and therefore does not belong within the Sangha. An ordinary being can be a learner or a non-learner. They are neither learners nor non-learners because they have made aspirations. There are twenty Pratyekabuddhas. Where is it said? Shariputra, a Bodhisattva goes to worlds where Buddhas do not reside, and there, a Shravaka or Pratyekabuddha manifests and attains enlightenment, becoming a Buddha, and being skilled in that method, causes many hundreds of thousands of beings and many hundreds of thousands of billions of beings to mature, and then manifests and attains unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, becoming a Buddha, which also exists. This is similar to a Pratyekabuddha in two ways: one, by oneself alone, and for others, without hearing, universally clarifying the Buddha's teachings; and two, also acting in the guise of a Pratyekabuddha. These twenty individuals also arise from the Prajnaparamita, and therefore only slightly explain the guidance for practice. Therefore, in order to not regress, learners can enter the twenty-member Bodhisattva Sangha without birth, which is (the meaning of this sentence).

This is the instruction on the Three Jewels. When a Bodhisattva practices the six perfections of body, speech, and mind, they do not become attached to them. Because there are no perfections, and there is no experience of happiness through the body and so on. Because the body and so on are, in ultimate truth, empty of inherent existence. This is the instruction on non-regression. Even if one practices for a long time, if the meaning of samadhi is not achieved, it is not in vain, because from form and so on, up to unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment, there is no pride. This is the instruction on non-weariness. He sees Buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in each direction, listens to the teachings they expound, makes offerings to the Sangha, and beholds the pure Buddha-fields. He practices the perfections in a way that is unknown to himself and all others, and thus perfects all the Buddha-dharmas. Moreover, because all things are empty of inherent existence, he completely attains everything through practices without pride. This is the instruction on complete attainment. Even if he separately obtains the five eyes and six superknowledges, he will not become all-knowing or attached to them. The eye of flesh can see forms from a hundred yojanas to the three-thousandfold great thousand world system. The divine eye sees forms and the death and birth of all sentient beings. The eye of wisdom does not follow after all phenomena in ultimate truth, but in conventional truth, it follows after all phenomena. The eye of Dharma sees exactly what the noble person has realized. The eye of the Buddha sees all phenomena in all aspects. This is the instruction on the five eyes. Miraculous abilities, the divine eye, the divine ear, knowing the minds of sentient beings, remembering past lives, and knowing the exhaustion of defilements are the six superknowledges. The superknowledge of the divine eye knows the death and birth of sentient beings. This is conditioned.
