This is the tenet. If the aggregates, results, and the very nature of omniscience do not exist at all, this is not a small matter, this is a criticism. Because it is extremely pure, this is the answer. Ultimately, all phenomena are completely non-existent. Therefore, it is the nature of emptiness itself, and it also exists in conventionality as one with it. There is no attainment or realization through pure self, this is the tenet. Attainment is the realization of the path of no interruption, which is attained by the path of liberation, this is the criticism as before. Because it is extremely pure, this is the answer. Wherever, like this, the nature of phenomena is such that all phenomena are completely non-existent, and because it is one with the Dharma of Suchness, it exists in conventionality. It is also pure by nature. In its essence, omniscience does not change in that way, so there is no realization through attainment. Because of selflessness, form and feeling, etc., are infinite, this is the tenet. Where is the edge of the aggregates, etc., where it can be seen? How is it infinite? This is the criticism. Because it is extremely pure, this is the answer. How is it that self is completely non-existent? Therefore, wherever form and so on do not exist in Suchness, how can their edge be one with the Dharma nature, so is it not one existence? That extremely infinite nature, which is empty of its own nature, is the general characteristic of all phenomena, and the distinction of that particular one is not ultimate truth. Therefore, wherever form and so on are pure, that is the purity of the result, and the purity of the very nature of omniscience, and the meaning of the purity of the Prajnaparamita. Whatever is not existent in ultimate truth in that way, realizing all phenomena, that is the Prajnaparamita, this is the tenet. If it is realized somewhere, then it is not extremely pure, this is the criticism. Because it is extremely pure, this is the answer. This itself is the extreme purity of this. Because of what is completely non-existent in ultimate truth here and self

All dharmas are understood and seen. Wherever all dharmas exist conventionally, but are completely non-existent in the ultimate sense, arising from the understanding of things and non-things, that is debate and answer. Third, the occasion of all-knowing. After understanding the path, in order to easily understand or elaborate on these, the all-knowing itself should be explained. That is eight things, as it is also stated in the treatise: Wisdom does not abide in existence, compassion does not abide in peace, far because not all, not far because of means. Incompatible antidotes, union and its equality, the path of seeing of the hearers and so on, are all considered to be omniscient. The detailed explanation here is: This shore, the other shore, is not the edge, does not abide in between them, knowing the equality of all times, therefore it is called Prajnaparamita. That is to say, Prajnaparamita is all-knowing. This shore is samsara, the other shore is nirvana. The middle does not abide in the center, meaning that all three are unattainable. Wisdom and compassion correctly recognize that they are free from attachment to samsara and nirvana and both, so they are everywhere. Because the three times are equal in the nature of dharma, and the nature of all dharmas is unattainable, so it is said, such as the venerable one and so on. That is commonly said before, here is the special nature, or does not abide anywhere, does not harm the three unattainables that do not leave its nature. Because it is extremely pure, it is said that all dharmas are always extremely pure, because they do not exist in the ultimate sense. The hearers only seek to abandon the ignorance of afflictions, only seek the cessation of their own suffering, completely examine samsara, and are very disgusted, examine nirvana, and are very eager, so they quickly enter nirvana through effort. Bodhisattvas are not like that, because they desire unsurpassed enlightenment for all sentient beings, so they do not abide in samsara and nirvana, this is the teaching.
