Now to do. Goodness is listening without being moved. It is best with a distracted mind. In order to prove that there is no reversal, do it with the mind by thinking and meditating. The so-called Prajnaparamita is to understand the path. What should be dwelt in is what should be practiced. On this point, what is said based on the path of seeing of the Shravakas is, starting with "emptiness" and so on. For the noble ones, it is the truth itself, and the non-reversal itself. For ordinary people, it is not like this, this is the truth of the noble ones, namely suffering, origin, cessation, and path. Just as a person suffering from illness seeks medicine to completely eradicate the disease, when explaining that both are without self, the truth of cessation, which has the characteristic of eliminating the two obscurations, is the ultimate truth. The three are the conventional truth, and these two are the two truths. As it is said in the Sutra of the Meeting of Father and Son: The truth that is difficult to observe, only the wise can see it. One can see it oneself, but others such as fools cannot. In the conventional and the ultimate, among the three, there is not the slightest truth. So it is said. From the perspective of the Shravakas, in order to liberate from samsara, they are only guided into the four forms of the absence of self of a person. Among them, suffering is the suffering of suffering, the suffering of change, and the suffering of conditioning. For the aggregates of samsara tormented by these sufferings, the cause of suffering is origin. The cessation of suffering is cessation. The wisdom of obtaining it is the path, and the forms of these abide in emptiness and are seen in emptiness. In Prajnaparamita, the Shravakas abide on the path of seeing, with a mind of equanimity, by seeing emptiness and non-attainment. As it is said in the treatise: From the aspect of understanding the path, through the gate of not focusing on the forms of the four noble truths, one should understand the Shravaka path. So it is said. In the Vinaya Pitaka of the Shravakas, sixteen forms are proclaimed, namely the suffering of liberation from the inverted clinging of permanence, pleasure, self, and purity.

Knowing all phenomena to be impermanent, suffering, selfless, and empty. Regarding origination, all phenomena are either without cause, or caused by non-sentient conceptualizations such as time, or caused by matter transformed by Ishvara and Brahma of sound, etc., or caused by sentient beings such as Ishvara. To counter these false imputations, cause, origination, arising, and condition are taught. Cessation is without liberation and without freedom from suffering. There is no excellence beyond the bliss of meditative absorption alone, and even if liberated, one will fall back into samsara. To counter this, cessation is taught as peace, excellence, and definite emergence. There is no path. To counter the path characterized by selflessness, and the evil path of the self existing eternally, there is nothing else here, and karma is completely reversed. Therefore, the path is taught as establishing reason and definite arising, so it should not be grasped here. What is taught in the Great Mother (Prajnaparamita) should be grasped here. If there is hope, then even the enlightenment of the Hearers can be attained with those small efforts. Therein, for suffering, contemplating with the four aspects is as before. Arising from impermanence is for joining with destruction and separation. For suffering, because they are individually incompatible. For selflessness, because of separation from the nature of self. For peace, because of emptiness of self; emptiness of self is peace, like a corpse. For origination, there are eleven divisions. Among them, by abandoning with four aspects, therefore the Arhat knows disease, result, pain, and sin. Because it is the cause of suffering, because it is the cause of praising suffering, because it is difficult to lead, and because it is the cause of suffering in this and other lives, it is in accordance with sin. Again, with four aspects, it is for completely knowing its ability, namely, the other, the extremely destructive dharma, shaking, and extreme destruction. Because the self cannot be destroyed, therefore here, for the other, because of momentary destruction individually, it is the extremely destructive dharma. Because it uproots the Arhats, it is shaking. Because it is extremely destroyed by the path of nature, it is extreme destruction.
