Because of completely cutting off all afflictions, karma, and maturation, and being liberated from bondage, one is able to control oneself like those who are liberated. The mind is extremely liberated, therefore the mind is extremely liberated. Abandoning the afflictions and near afflictions of the side of existence, and engaging in the samadhis that should be attained, is mind liberation. Wisdom is extremely liberated, which is wisdom liberation. Because of wisdom liberation, one abandons all the afflictions and near afflictions of the side of ignorance, and attaining the wisdom of the path of the Arhat is wisdom liberation. The constant knower is without fears, because there are no four kinds of doubts of fear, so in order as it is, it is said to have found happiness, found fearlessness, found freedom from anxiety, and obtained relief. Because there is no sorrow, lamentation, suffering, and displeasure, there is no doubt of suffering. Because there is no harm caused by oneself, slander by others, evil destinies, cessation of livelihood, sorrow, and fear of death, there is no doubt of fear. Because one is not tainted by gain and no gain, fame and no fame, praise and blame, happiness and suffering, there is no doubt of worldly dharmas. Because for those who have fully trained in wisdom, there is no ignorance, doubt, and wrong knowledge, there is no doubt of ignorance. Therefore, because of being free from doubt, one is a constant knower. The great elephant is the great lord, because of hearing the Dharma of realization that is distinguished by the three knowledges and so on. The three kinds of abhijñā, which are magical power, knowing the minds of others, and the exhaustion of outflows, are called the three knowledges in other places. What has been done is because of perfecting morality, samadhi, and wisdom, so one has definitely done the deed of being liberated from all suffering. What is to be done is because one enters into having few desires, entering, being content, entering the name of practice, entering universal satisfaction, and so on, one engages in what is to be done by one's own will.

Raro. Abandoning burdens means abandoning four types of burdens, which is to abandon them. Among them, abandoning the burden of the aggregates, through fully understanding suffering, one is able to connect with obtaining the happiness of having no remaining aggregates. Abandoning the burden of afflictions, that is, abandoning arising, thereby obtaining the happiness of liberation. Abandoning the burden of vows, that is, through directly realizing cessation, thereby obtaining the happiness of complete enlightenment. Completing the burden of engaging in practice, that is, through meditating on the path, thereby obtaining the happiness of near pacification. Merely through abandoning burdens, the merit of obtaining happiness after abandoning burdens is proclaimed, which is "obtaining one's own benefit." Obtaining one's own benefit is of two types. Among them, abandoning non-benefit means abandoning one's own afflictive ignorance, thereby abandoning all afflictive obscurations, and through realizing meaning, generating some kind of wisdom, thereby realizing Nirvana. Completely knowing exhaustion and completely connecting to existence, there are nine types. In order for a person to completely connect to existence. Namely, desire, anger, pride, ignorance, doubt, and holding to views, as well as jealousy and stinginess, these are abandoned from other aspects. Among them, the undefiled correct view is abandoning holding to views and doubt. Here there are the view of the aggregates of destruction, the view of holding to extremes, and wrong view, which are three types of views. Holding to views and holding to ethics and asceticism, these two are holding. Through obtaining undefiled samadhi, jealousy, stinginess, and anger, as well as the desire of the desire realm, are abandoned. Pride, ignorance, and the desire for existence are abandoned through the exhaustion of the wisdom of the path of the Arhat. The term "correctly" means that through correctly and completely understanding and correctly and completely realizing, the Three Jewels, qualities, and the three vehicles are taught. For the Four Noble Truths and the dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment, through correct faith and understanding, being separated from their unfavorable aspects, the mind is completely liberated. The term "all mastery of the mind" means that with whatever mind one controls samadhi, thereby being able to be in control. That mastery of the mind is everything.
