“བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་དང་ཞེས་པ་ནི” refers to the previous content here. Regarding the aspect of entering into its practice, it is said in the treatises: "Dhyana, formless realms, generosity, etc., path and loving-kindness, etc., endowed with no object, the three circles completely pure, special intention and six superknowledges, in the manner of all-knowing, the practice of entering the Great Vehicle, should be known as ascending." That is to say, the four dhyanas and the formless realms will be explained in detail elsewhere. Generosity, etc., are the six perfections. The path refers to the nature of the seeing path, the path of cultivation, the path of special characteristics, and the path of no more learning, which are surrounded by the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment. The one who has no more learning is the perfect Buddha, and because it is to be traveled, it is called the path. Sanghabhadra establishes the nature of the path of no more learning as the path of special characteristics, which is in a bad state, because in the stage of a Bodhisattva, no more learning itself is impossible. Loving-kindness, etc., are the four immeasurables that take sentient beings in the desire realm as their object. Because the object is all sentient beings, it is immeasurable. The four are loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, which in order are the thoughts of being united with happiness, being separated from suffering, not being separated from happiness, and being without afflictions. The arising of the thought, 'How wonderful it would be if all sentient beings had happiness, how wonderful it would be if they were free from suffering, how wonderful it would be if they were not separated from happiness, how wonderful it would be if they were liberated from afflictions,' and abiding in these aspects is entering the immeasurable. All four are grounds for acting with intention, and the object is sentient beings. The seventh, such as great joy, etc., has suchness as its object. Before that, there is no object. Meditating with the yoga of having no object on the twenty emptinesses and all dharmas is entering the yoga of no object. Acting in the perfection of generosity, not focusing on generosity, the giver, and the receiver, and so on, acting in the perfection of wisdom, and not focusing on the Bodhisattva's intention, this is the three circles.
