Since there is no entering, that which goes before is also not established. And as for the conceptualizations of things and non-things, since they pervade all conceptualizations, there is no pervader, and the pervaded cannot exist, therefore, in reality, it is separate from holding things and non-things as supreme. If not examined, these delightful things, if examined with the generosity of wisdom, are separate from the essence of inner and outer, therefore, where the power of meditation is perfected, thereby preventing all faults, seeing selflessness becomes manifest, and since it is contrary to this, it will abandon the obscurations of affliction and the obscurations of knowledge. Here, since there is no bondage, like the rays of the sun free from clouds, in the boundless sky, the things of karma arising from dependent origination, the uninterrupted separation from the examination of true arising, the yogi's manifest compassion and the conventional wisdom light of the nature of wisdom will truly arise. This is seeing reality itself. Where wisdom examines, all phenomena are not seen. Where there is attention, and like falling asleep or closing the eyes, it is not. If such habitual patterns are not abandoned, when arising from the samadhi of non-perception, attachment and so on, which are rooted in attachment to form and so on, will arise, therefore the yogi will not be liberated. If the doubt of objects such as form is not abandoned, then the attention to it cannot be abandoned, just as the burning agent cannot be completely abandoned without completely abandoning the burning. Therefore, as previously stated, by meditating on the Prajnaparamita of the unseen practice, one should eliminate attachment to form and so on, merely by being free from the seed of doubt. Thus, by examining in the manner of things and non-things and so on, separating from that which is possessed of doubt, since it is free from attachment to form and so on, one realizes that all phenomena are without inherent existence, and this is the Prajnaparamita, as previously stated. Here, the true nature of all phenomena is the abandonment of all obscurations and the knowledge of all aspects.

Realizing this is the supreme path. Therefore, by this, all desires are accomplished, so it is shown to the venerable Subhuti. The nature of mind is luminosity, which means that nature is the essence, and the essence is the nature of non-essence. Luminosity means that on that essence, all sudden, untrue darkness of pervasive imputation has subsided. Here, for the aspects of non-attachment, etc., the conventional nature of mind, which is no different, is said to be 'mind does not exist' because it is without essence in the ultimate truth, which is a non-affirming negation and an affirming negation. What exists conventionally is not truly existent in the ultimate truth. Just abiding in this with compassion, seeing it as inverted, one says, 'Does it exist?' This is because there is no object by reason. This is not an application of non-affirming negation, but it is established on affirming negation. There, even what is imputed as merely existence and non-existence is not existence. Thinking of this, one says, 'Anything...' etc. Mind is merely an object; no-mind is the very non-existence of the mind of that object. What is said about this is 'non-existence.' Immediately after saying this, neither existence nor non-existence of both can be found, because there is no establisher. Non-existence is because there is a destroyer, because it has truly transcended both object and non-object. Thinking of this, one asks again and applies refutation. 'No-mind' means that one intends to manifest only the very non-existence of the mind-object. It is unreasonable to impute existence with the nature of existence and non-existence. Since there is no application of negation on the field of mind, the Dharma nature, it is said that even the very non-existence of mind does not exist, which is 'How is this anyway?' The yogi, wanting to individually know in the conventional truth, says, 'Unchanging,' because it is naturally luminous, Because the mind is not defiled by changing desires, etc., it is unchanging. Since all elaborations are pacified and it is not the object of all discriminations, it is without discrimination. Therefore, that mind should not become greed. Its essence is also in harmony with emptiness.
