It is for this reason. Spreading flowers is to combine with the flowers of the limbs of enlightenment. Accomplishing the self-nature of all dharmas is to accomplish the special meaning of knowing all dharmas by their very nature. With compassion that has abandoned illusion, contemplate as it is, and then make nominal designations. Accomplishing the appearance of the mirror mandala is to manifestly accomplish the enjoyment body and so on, just as the appearance in the mirror mandala. Accomplishing the sound of all sentient beings is to accomplish the sound of all sentient beings with the thought of benefiting sentient beings. Being free from dust is to completely abandon the dust of desire and so on. Making all sentient beings rejoice is to teach the Dharma that enables all sentient beings to be liberated from the suffering of samsara and attain the bliss of perfect enlightenment. Some scriptures say "liberating all sentient beings," which is easy to understand. Following the sound of all sentient beings is to follow those who are skilled in the means of action, such as the faultless body, to teach the Dharma to all sentient beings. Accomplishing various sounds and words is to proclaim emptiness with various sounds and words. There is no arrogance because there is no ignorance at all about the accomplishment from the emptiness of form and so on, and there is no designation in the nature of each correct view that proclaims this, because there is no designation to be made in the nature of consciousness such as eye and form, and in the desire of persons and so on. Obtaining liberation without obscurations is liberation from the obscurations of the characteristics of the lords of all realms of the world and so on. Being free from dust is because there is no clinging to emptiness or other forms of grasping. Names, definitive words, and letters, names are for generosity and so on, which can be understood by thinking with symbols, and words are because they can be distinguished by letters such as time. Having superior insight into all dharmas is because one sees that they are free from the characteristics of compounded phenomena.

It is so. All dharmas are free from location because, regarding the location of all dharmas, there exist the grasper and the grasped, and so forth, therefore there is no inverted view; because all dharmas are without inherent existence in emptiness. The limit of all dharmas being without obstruction is because even in the unconditioned, there is no grasping at characteristics. Like the sky, it is because, regarding all dharmas, there is realization of equality with the sky, which is of one taste with emptiness. Like a vajra, it is because of the single-pointed focus on emptiness in all dharmas, and because of being isolated from all obscurations, it is like a vajra. Dispelling the dust of form is the form body blazing with the characteristics and adornments of dispelling the dust of form; that is, the nature of the complete enjoyment body and the emanation body. Adorned with perfection is because the opposing factors of perfection, the imputation of self and phenomena, do not exist, therefore adorned with perfection; because both are adorned with the stainlessness of selflessness. Obtaining victory is because, with the nature of signlessness, all true dharmas are empty, therefore obtaining victory in accordance with the meaning of sentient beings. The irreversible eye is because there is no obstruction to the eye that accomplishes all kinds of dharmas. Certainty in the dharmadhatu is because, regarding the nature of the dharmadhatu, there is separation from the perversion of doubt, therefore abiding universally with firm certainty. Certain arising in the dharmadhatu is because, through the dharmas cultivated with great compassion, all dharmas are certain with the signless nature of the dharmadhatu. Giving breath is because, through the antidote of the characteristics of nirvana, non-abiding nirvana is attained, therefore giving breath. Manifestly proclaiming like a lion is because, regarding the true meaning of one's own and others' activities, with body and so forth focused on one point, in situations such as teaching, because of being free from fear, manifestly proclaiming like a lion. Subduing all sentient beings is because there is no grasping at all dharmas, therefore subduing all sentient beings such as demons.
