The term "antidote" refers to the response to wrong views, which is the conventional truth of practicing with a mind of omniscience, with actions such as giving; and in the ultimate truth, not clinging to the three circles, and completely dedicating to perfect enlightenment in order to liberate all sentient beings from the fruition of actions such as giving, etc. Having these characteristics is skillful means, which is the explanation of skillful means. For realization, it refers to direct perception. The term "able to realize" refers to the direct perception of the realization of what is able to realize, which is the cessation of the realization of things and non-things, and the nature of both. Therefore, there is no direct perception for these, which is the explanation of wrong views. The answer is: there is direct perception, which is where there is no elaboration, neither thing nor non-thing, this is direct perception. If it is said that Prajnaparamita is free from the elaboration of the four inversions, therefore it will become the path of the Shravakas, not the path of the Buddha, the answer to this is: as long as there is elaboration of conceptual thought, then everything is inverted, its antidote is non-elaboration, the Dharmadhatu has no conceptual thought, therefore it does not engage in elaboration and conceptual thought, and there is no elaboration of things and non-things, because both are without self-nature, this is the explanation of inversion. Here, the Bodhisattva's path, by understanding the path, can accomplish the fruition of all paths, and perfect that path, thereby directly realizing its fruition, therefore it will fall into the faults of the eighth and ninth grounds, etc. The answer to this is: for what kind of sentient beings, in what way to establish the fruition, establish it in that way, until Buddhahood. The nature itself, having seen all the realms of the lesser vehicle with wisdom, does not abide, but abides in the faultless realm of the Bodhisattva, this is the explanation of the path. If there is a method of subduing that subdues the afflictions of the opposing side, then sentient beings have no afflictions, therefore it should not be admitted that they have or do not have afflictions, the answer to this is, that...

Thus, all noble beings have one and the same characteristic, which is that they neither possess nor do not possess, nor are they separate from afflictions and near afflictions, etc. For example, the so-called "lack of characteristics" is like this, which is like the Dharma of subduing, referring to subduing the conceptualization of having and being separate. The so-called "meaning" refers to aspects that are incompatible with the antidote. The so-called "the absence of reality in Dharma is the characteristic of Dharma" refers to refuting wrong views. The answer is: The Blessed One taught that the characteristics of all Dharmas are different, which is a conventional teaching for the sake of guiding sentient beings. In terms of ultimate truth, the characteristics of all Dharmas are unobtainable, therefore one should not study characteristics, nor is it because of the absence of characteristics. Whether the Tathagatas appear or not, this realm of characteristics remains as it is, which refers to characteristics. If, because there are no self-characteristics and general characteristics, all Dharmas are without characteristics, then how can they be cultivated? If Subhuti, with the nature of non-reality, grasps Dharmas as real, then that is not cultivating Prajnaparamita, because it is inverted. Similarly, it is not cultivated with the grasping of non-reality either. The answer is: Cultivating by being free from the grasping of Dharma is cultivating Prajnaparamita, seeing the truth is cultivating with the nature of all Dharmas being non-real, not with the grasping of reality, nor with the grasping of non-reality, because all grasping of reality and non-reality are completely prohibited. Grasping is elaboration, Prajnaparamita is non-elaboration, which refers to cultivation. From the latter half of the twentieth chapter up to nine and a half chapters is the fifth peak realization. The Tathagata who scattered flowers, in the stage of the Bodhisattva, this chapter prophesied this, and here is a chapter that approximates this description.
