Knowing the conduct of sentient beings' minds, remembering past lives, and knowing the exhaustion of defilements are the six superknowledges. With the divine eye superknowledge, one knows the death and rebirth of sentient beings. This arises from the maturation of the previously cultivated divine eye. The Buddha's eye and the wisdom of the exhaustion of defilements arise from the eighth bhumi onwards. The Blessed One, with the mind of wish-fulfilling intellect, desires all to be the object of all consciousness by completely severing the objects of what can be perceived by the senses. As it is said in the Sutra on Increasing Faith: "Likewise, Manjushri, the ushnisha of the Tathagata also sees. Likewise, the urna and each and every mark also see. Likewise, in one instant, one also sees all the countless realms of the ten directions." Thus, the intellect of the senses should be established by following the past, which is the instruction on the six superknowledges. Having actualized the superior seeing that thoroughly investigates all phenomena of meditative stabilization as being without inherent existence, and having fully matured that, one correctly places the mind in the spontaneously accomplished, non-elaborate sphere, and sees with transcendental wisdom in such a way that one sees through not seeing anything, which is the instruction on the path of seeing. Where one cultivates with the continuous wisdom of only seeing, that is the instruction on the path of meditation. That itself, in the aspect of non-objectification, engages in the Perfection of Wisdom, and focuses on practice, knowing the truth, relying on refuge, being without attachment, being completely unwearied, and although contemplating the ten directions, it also becomes the cause of not going to other vehicles, therefore it completely grasps the path, and is universally applied to the five eyes, as well as the other six superknowledges, and the noble grounds of the paths of seeing and meditation. This is the sequential instruction here. Here, a Bodhisattva abiding on the accumulation ground, having obtained the samadhi of the stream of Dharma, while sitting on a single seat, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas

For those who listen to the Dharma and grasp the scriptures and their meanings, through meditation and the attainment of supernormal powers, they will go to various realms. As it is said, "Countless Buddhas, for the sake of offerings and the benefit of others." Following that, it says, "With the supernormal powers indicated by the instructions, one fully enters the realm of practice." This refers to the virtue corresponding to the decisive aspect of the fourth Bodhicitta, which opens the path of seeing, free from conceptualization, and the part of the decisive aspect that separately manifests, relying on and obtaining it, hence it is a limb of the decisive aspect. The limb of the decisive aspect is the cause. Alternatively, decisiveness is determination, and its limb is a part, namely small, medium, large, and the great of the great, totaling four types. Among them, warmth is like fire produced by rubbing wood, a precursor to the fire of transcendental wisdom. The peak is the peak because the root of virtue is unwavering. Patience is patience due to firm faith in the unborn Dharma. Supreme Dharma is the supreme Dharma because it is the pinnacle of worldly Dharma. Furthermore, warmth and so on each have small, medium, and large, thus there are twelve distinctions. Where it is said that the supreme Dharma is in a single moment, that is in terms of self-interest, it is said for the Shravakas, not for the Bodhisattvas. Because for them, benefiting others is possible, as they will abide there continuously, so there is no contradiction between this and the previous statement. Moreover, warmth and so on are also possessed by Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. The sixteen aspects of impermanence and so on, with the four truths as their object, are for counteracting the clinging to self. And the Bodhisattvas are superior in these aspects, for counteracting the clinging to Dharma. As it is said in the treatise, "With the four conceptualizations of object, aspect, and complete grasping due to cause, just like one's own support, the warmth and so on of the Bodhisattvas surpass the small, medium, and supreme of those with Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas." Thus it is. The intention to completely protect all sentient beings
