The city with palaces is the one surrounding the king's palace. Everything shown is the simple pleasantness and breakage of words. La-can is the cutting off of gambling. Biśika is the middle of the street. Śibika is a wooden palanquin. The utensils for the meaning of life are the utensils for life. Thus, laughter and previous origins, etc., are the faults of distraction in keeping in mind things to be done, etc., which is the second set. Others, etc., what is to be watched is keeping in mind the king, etc., which is the fault of distraction. Watching the ceremony of La-can is watching gambling, etc., in the place of gambling. Again, etc., keeping fire, etc., in mind is what is to be obtained, because keeping it in mind is the fault of distraction. Others, etc., obstruction is complete destruction. Obtaining is obtaining Dharma robes, etc. Respect is reverence. Chapters are fame. Tasting the taste of those is very joyful. Grief in the heart is from those who have completely lost Dharma robes, etc., which is the fault of grief and tasting flavors. Others, etc., skillful means is not falling into inferior Bodhi, which is the lack of skillful means. Those are the faults of the path from the profound Sutras. Here, the other "other" has two words: listening to the Dharma is for the disciple, and teaching the Dharma is for the teacher. Laziness is idleness, and those who have many things are householders, which is also laziness, being destroyed by desire and idleness. The word "other" has two meanings: even is without remainder. Having a turbid sound. Having intelligence is because of knowing the meaning. Having memory is because of holding both. Will be abandoned because of the worker, which means will go. Here, falling away because of desire and going to another place, Understanding by mentioning the beginning, and the other one falls away by himself, understanding by elaborating, and the other one falls away by himself, supernormal knowledge, the basis of the other one falling away, thus is the third set. Others, etc., confusion is for objects that

Focusing on acquisition is valuing, so this is focusing on material things. Similarly, focusing on gain and so on. Having few desires means wanting only as much as is needed to sustain oneself, that is having few desires. Being content means not wanting more. Complete seclusion means not associating with householders. Thus, not wanting to give away wealth is declining because of greed for material things and not giving. Furthermore, and so on. Wanting to hear is sound. Wanting to give away completely means giving without regard. Thus, there are also three kinds of decline: declining due to lack of faith and another; wanting to give; declining due to not wanting to receive; wanting to hear; declining due to stinginess towards the Dharma. Furthermore, and so on. That refers to those who want to hear, because they are impoverished by the Dharma due to abandoning the true Dharma and so on in previous lives, because of that, that will become an obstacle to the Dharma. Not entering means not going elsewhere. The respective words and the respective complete abandonment mean that there is no other sutra, therefore desire declines. Furthermore, and so on. Not wanting means not wanting to hear, because of being busy with other work. Here, declining due to desire and toil, and declining due to wanting other things and not wanting. From then on, the two words "another again" and so on refer to focusing on sleep and desire declining due to sleep. The one word "another" refers to the fault of turning away from samsara out of fear of suffering. The other word refers to the fault of turning away from samsara because even the happiness of the good realms is suffering. The other word refers to declining due to focusing on being alone and in groups. Desire arises from clinging to it, declining due to not distinguishing opportunities, and going to places of famine and so on, and declining due to not going. Among them, between focusing on being alone and in groups are four sets of ten. Furthermore, and so on. Declining due to going to and not going to places accompanied by fear. Furthermore, and so on. Abandoning separately the teachings of observing the household and many actions.
