Because of knowing all the Dharma, meaning, definitive words, and fearlessness, one is all-knowing. That is transcendence beyond attachment and obstruction, that is the meaning of individually and correctly knowing. Among them, the twelve categories of scriptures are the Dharma, that is the meaning to be expressed. The definitive words of the collection of Dharma terms and the languages of the six realms of beings are definitive words, because one must individually know those. In order to show the Dharma and so on to others, the individual and correct manifestation of the Dharma and so on is fearlessness, that itself is individual and correct knowing. The Buddha's Dharma is practiced without mixing with everything, therefore it is unmixed, because it is not common with others. Its aspects are eighteen, therefore it is its Paramita, that is to say, there is no delusion, no clamor, no loss of mindfulness, its Paramita is three. There is no unequal mind, no various perceptions, no unexamined equanimity, its Paramita is three. Aspiration, diligence, mindfulness, samadhi, wisdom, liberation, these are not completely lost, its Paramita is six. Before all actions of body, speech, and mind, wisdom goes first, and wisdom follows, its Paramita is three. In all three times, the wisdom that enters without attachment or obstruction, its Paramita is three, this is called the eighteen Paramitas of non-mixture. Similarity and thought and measurement, using those to combine, association is mixture. Completely transcending and extremely transcending from that is the meaning of non-mixture. Going as the suchness of Dharma is Tathagata, its suchness is Tathagata itself, because it is its aspect, therefore it is its Paramita. All the Dharmas spoken by the Buddha, on the truth of those, all the Dharmas that are cultivated and abide by the nature of one's own mind are self-arisen, because it is its aspect, therefore it arises from its Paramita, therefore is it the meaning of being included in this?

That which arises here due to desire is self-arising. Therefore, as it is said, 'From the Great Mother, having taken near from the very mastery over all dharmas,' here it is said to be the cause. 'All dharmas are without intrinsic nature' means that all dharmas are without intrinsic nature. Therefore, it refers to the mastery of the Thus-Gone Ones. Realizing that all dharmas are without intrinsic nature, one gains mastery over all dharmas because one does not rely on others. The aspect of self-arising refers to others. 'Omniscience and Buddha' have the same meaning. Here, the ultimate aspect of the Buddha himself is the Great Mother, and here it is omniscience. What is said as 'omniscience' is that one seeks the path of the Buddha who knows the intrinsic nature of all dharmas, all aspects, and the wisdom of those, relying on the state of fruition. The aspect of omniscience is thirty-nine, and the aspects beginning from the aspect of non-existence are one hundred and seventy-three. For the nature of the mind of enlightenment that reverses all imputations such as permanence and impermanence, in the face of the differences in the thoughts of those to be tamed, it is established as different according to the distinctions of that and its opposite. Thus, the Perfection of Wisdom, along with the twenty-two kinds of mind generation, and the aspects of how they are appropriate and mixed, this is how it is appropriate. What is explained by the four verses beginning with 'form of combination, etc.' is that in the context of fully realizing all aspects, in the context of omniscience, what is spoken by combining the verses from 'form, etc.' with two and a half verses is shown from the opposite side. The path followed by the Hearers is to be cultivated by the Bodhisattvas. Among them, the first three mind generations are: 'Giving excellently without characteristics, skilled in right conduct, in this realization of all aspects, one desires to be in harmony with the part of liberation.'
