Etc. Unspeakable and inexpressible, just as the mountains, water, and wind-eroded rocks in the sky are slightly inexpressible. Similarly, all dharmas, that is, the sky is inexpressible, therefore the Prajñāpāramitā is completely pure, which is the subsequent knowledge of the origin. By means of the intention of expression, others attain meaning, and what is expressed by the expression of the attainer is, just as the rocks in the sky are slightly inexpressible, similarly, all dharmas are inexpressible like the sky, therefore the Prajñāpāramitā is completely pure, which is the forbearance of the knowledge of dharma of cessation, without a near object. Whatever is without an object, that is, the rock is unspeakable and inexpressible, this is the summary. That is, its non-apprehension, that is, its nature, by it. Just as the sky is slightly imperceptible, similarly, all dharmas, here, are imperceptible like the sky, therefore it is completely pure, which is the knowledge of dharma of cessation. In all places, those defiled by it, the all-afflicted, and the undefiled, the purified, these dharmas are undefiled, that is, undefiled.

Not becoming afflicted is non-abiding. Not grasping completely is not knowing as it is, and not contemplating in the three forms, therefore, like this, there is no contemplation, this is called knowing the Dharma on the path. So-called unborn, etc., not seeing the arising of the fruit is unborn. Not being stained by its cause, because the characteristics of producing the fruit are impurities. If so, why is it not stained? Because the Prajñāpāramitā is because it has reached the other shore of discrimination. As it is said in the sutra, how is it not stained, that is, so-called "Thus also," etc., for the fruits that can be born, the stains of the characteristics of all dharmas have disappeared, so it is not stained, this is the forbearance of following knowledge on the path. If it is said again, etc., so-called "Thus also," even the most subtle things are also considered by letters and people, here things and letters appear as two, all three of which are inverted and non-existent, so they should be abandoned. Because these inverted elaborations themselves are non-existent, so there is no such elaboration here, this is called following knowledge on the path. Omniscience, for these also, should be related to non-extreme abiding in saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, etc., so it becomes a Bodhisattva, if it is not like this, it becomes a Śrāvaka, etc. From the opposite perspective of Dharma-lessness, etc., and the nature of abiding in existence and peace, etc., omniscience is up to the five bodhicittas. The Blessed One said in the Middle Treatise: "Having seen with the wisdom of omniscience, also wanting to go far beyond what is seen, wanting to perfect the Bodhisattva who knows the path," among them, wisdom is the direct realization of the Bodhisattva's path of seeing, the Bodhisattva's path of seeing itself makes the realization of the Śrāvaka, etc., complete, this is seen through cutting off discrimination. The words seen with wisdom are to cut off errors, on the Bodhisattva's path of meditation, the Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas do not act as the path of meditation.

It is for the purpose of knowing this reason. The noble Vimoksha group said that after extremely surpassing, one enters into completely and perfectly realizing all aspects. Therefore, it is said in the treatise: "The path of seeing of the Shravakas, etc." Because of this, the explanation of Simhabhadra in the commentary on the Compendium of Verses, which places omniscience on the seventh ground, is unreasonable. Furthermore, the arrangement of the distinctions such as its Abhisamaya, etc., should be examined separately by the reasoning of the wise. If there is something that we consider untrue, we should write it down as something to be abandoned. For the sake of others, how to manifest the meaning of what is seen again and again is the path of meditation for Bodhisattvas, and this brief instruction is easy to understand. The noble Sutra of the Ten Grounds also says: "With the generation of Bodhicitta, etc., being extremely joyful, it is not meditation because it far surpasses the path of seeing of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas." This is also consistent with the above statement. In the fifth generation of Bodhicitta, it is said: "The child Bodhisattva has far surpassed all ordinary beings, Shravakas, and Pratyekabuddhas, and after completely surpassing them, enters into the faultlessness of the Bodhisattva, and will definitely be born into the Tathagata lineage." It is also said: "For a long time, the Bodhisattva abides in the great self-nature of the wisdom of his own mother, therefore he will far surpass the activities of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas." Therefore, it should be known that the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas also have the wisdom of understanding that all dharmas are without self-nature. If they do not have this wisdom, like the Tirthikas, they will not be able to abandon the manifest activity and latent tendencies of the three realms, because clinging to form, etc., as self-nature is inverted. For those who fully understand that all dharmas are without self-nature, there is no meditation on selflessness in the fully perfected Dharma, but only the means to abandon the manifest activity of the afflictions of the three realms, and only by fully meditating on the selflessness of the person can their Prajnaparamita, etc., be arranged, according to Acharya Chandrakirti.
