The quality of being long, the quality of having smooth eyebrows, the quality of having even eyebrow hairs, the quality of having long and broad hands, the quality of having even ears, the quality of having well-separated jaws, the quality of having large jaws, the quality of having an extremely broad head, and hair as black as a bee, whose nature is thick, smooth, and unentangled, and the quality of hair that does not recede, and hair that captivates men's hearts, and auspicious emblems and auspicious signs, adorned with swastikas, are considered to be the excellent marks of the Buddha. These one and a half verses make seven: the quality of hair as black as a bee, the quality of thick hair, the quality of smooth hair, the quality of untangled hair, the quality of non-receding hair, the quality of fragrant hair, and the palms of the hands and soles of the feet adorned with auspicious signs and swastikas. All together, these are the eighty minor marks of a Buddha. This is the Sambhogakaya. Regarding the Nirmanakaya, it is said in the scriptures: Wherever existence and non-existence are, that body which equally performs various benefits for beings is the Nirmanakaya of the Sage, which never ceases. Likewise, from then until the end of samsara, it is considered to be uninterrupted. Thus it is said. Therefore, it is said in the sutra: Since all dharmas are infinite, the Prajnaparamita should also be known as infinite. It is said, thus, the bodies of beings who move on the earth, who move in the sky, and who abide, and the collection of the gross is dharma, and for the sake of taming beings, those emanations of the Bhagavan in infinite realms are all dharmas, and they should be known as infinite. What are they? They are those emanations. Since emptiness is infinite, the Prajnaparamita should also be known as infinite. It is said, thus, just as those Nirmanakayas are infinite, so is their emptiness also infinite. What is empty? It depends on the mind and mental factors, like an illusory person. Therefore, it is also infinite because of infinity, like the former. However, those emanations of body and speech are like that

Then, why don't mind and mental factors emanate? Because there is no cause to bring them near, and because sentient beings that did not exist before do not arise. If asked: Are the emanations of the Buddhas not also mind and mental factors? Answer: The emanations of body, speech, and mind are as stated in the words, "It is the action of the means of union." However, if there is a cause to bring them near, they will exist, such as when a deity blesses and appears in a dream, or like understanding the meaning of words from the words themselves. Therefore, because mind and mental factors are immeasurable, it is said that the Prajñāpāramitā should be known as immeasurable. Having observed the immeasurable behaviors of sentient beings in various worlds, the Bhagavan teaches the Dharma through various emanations. Therefore, because the activities of the mind are immeasurable, it is said that the Prajñāpāramitā should be known as immeasurable. Those sentient beings also generate antidotal virtuous Dharma by focusing on the Dharma that is taught. They will also abandon the non-virtuous Dharmas that are discordant with it. Therefore, because virtuous and non-virtuous Dharmas are immeasurable, it is said that the Prajñāpāramitā should be known as immeasurable. If such an emanation is the body of the Bhagavan, if it is said that it is because it is emanated by the Bhagavan, then should the elephant, etc., emanated by a magician also become the body of the magician? Answer: Because he emanates by blessing his own body, walking like his own body, practicing austerities, and doing various activities, that is also his body. Here, this is the emanation body shown by the Bhagavan, and those are the three bodies. Now, the activities will be briefly explained, that is, because of proclaiming the lion's roar, the Prajñāpāramitā should be known. It is said. The most excellent of beasts is the lion. Because it is in accordance with this Dharma, an excellent person is called a lion among men. This is the distinction.
