Not being completely liberated is no different, therefore it is not vast, nor is it not vast. The term "not being completely liberated" is because it is only unchanging. The mind is the nature of the mind. This is knowing that the mind is not vast, the twelfth. Furthermore, the two words spoken by the Blessed One, "Subhuti," etc., coming is coming near from afar. Going from near to far is going. These negations are not entering into greatness. Being equal by equality is called equal, the equality of the mind is the nature of the Dharma, those equalities are also existing by nature, therefore the essence is equality of nature, therefore it becomes great. This is knowing that the mind has become great and not become great, the thirteenth. Furthermore, the fourteenth is spoken with the words "Subhuti," etc., called "immeasurable because of having no support," if those pots that rely on the pot and belong to the scope of the pot are measurable, the nature of the mind is equal to space, therefore it does not rely on anywhere, so it is immeasurable. This is knowing that wisdom is immeasurable, the fourteenth. Called "consciousness is invisible," etc., consciousness is the mind. With letters, etc., hold five kinds of knowing, knowing that the mind is visible and the mind is invisible, knowing that the mind has attachment and the mind is without attachment, knowing that the mind has a superior and the mind has no superior, knowing that the mind is not in samadhi and the mind is in samadhi, knowing that the mind is not liberated and the mind is liberated. Among them, in addition, the first two words spoken by the Blessed One, "Subhuti," etc., called "equal display," display and definite display are the same meaning. Therefore it is equal display. How is it known? Because the essence of the mind is the nature of the mind. That which has that essence is called that, the words in between are not manifest. Called "without characteristics," etc., the characteristic of the mind is grasping, because that is not there. The meaning is the essence of things.

Thus it is. Therefore, due to being isolated, it is the appearance of the mind. Regarding the meaning of not appearing in the mind, here it is said that it does not appear to the three eyes, which are the physical eye, the divine eye, and the wisdom eye. By "all," it also includes the Dharma eye and the Buddha eye. This is knowing the mind as being indicable and unindicable, the fifteenth. Furthermore, the two words beginning with "Subhuti" were spoken, in which it was declared, "to impute upon non-existence." By these "to impute upon non-existence," when speaking of that, it is said thus, therefore it is emptiness. The object itself becomes independent, which is false. It is thought that because it is harmed by valid cognition, there is no anger. In the non-duality and so forth, duality refers to the two aspects of grasping and the grasped, becoming without those two and unborn. Becoming is emptiness. By this, the universal arising is the meaning of "from that." Therefore, because it is harmed by valid cognition, there is no anger, this is knowing the mind as being with anger and without anger, the sixteenth. Furthermore, the two words beginning with "Subhuti" declared the third. In "Subhuti" and so forth, there is nothing higher, that is, there is no pride in that. In "even the atom" and so forth, because not expecting to become superior, therefore there is nothing higher, which is without elaboration, because the middle words are not revealed. This is knowing the mind as having something higher and having nothing higher, the seventeenth. Subhuti, furthermore, the two words beginning with "Subhuti" declared the fourth. In "Subhuti, those minds" and so forth, equality is the Dharmadhatu. Being equal to that is entering into that nature. Not being so is inequality and equality. Not establishing as equal, because for children there is no establishment as equal, therefore it is not established as equal. Equality and equality and so forth are easy to understand, this is knowing the mind as not established as equal and established as equal, the eighteenth. Furthermore, the two words beginning with "Subhuti" declared the fifth. In "nature" and so forth, naturally liberated.
