Earth, and, various harms, displeasure, subsequent attachment, and anger. What is called 'without laxity' is because sleep and drowsiness are pacified. What is called 'without obscuration' is because agitation and regret are pacified. What is called 'without harm' is because these three themselves do not defile the mind. What is called 'going everywhere' is that it can also enter well into friends, neutrals, and enemies. What is called 'extremely cultivated' is because it can also enter equally into the three times. Pervading with the aspects shown in this way is vast. The world is the world of sentient beings. What is called 'possessing all' is because it possesses all with the distinctions of gods, nagas, yakshas, etc. One part is a part of the direction. Where is it? It has been said to be the world, that is, the container world. What is called 'pervaded by the realm of phenomena' is that the phenomenon is the boundary that is the same as the realm. Because this has a boundary like the sky, it is called that. To abide by diligently cultivating means that the mind abides in samadhi, which is the abode of the noble ones. What is called the ten directions is the aspect of the ten directions, and the rest is easy to understand. The formless absorption is the four formless realms, which are also mentioned in the sutras, completely transcending the perception of form in every way, the perceptions of resistance have ceased, and without paying attention to various perceptions, thinking that space is infinite, thus closely cultivating and abiding in the sphere of infinite space. Completely transcending the perception of the sphere of infinite space, thinking that consciousness is infinite, thus closely cultivating and abiding in the sphere of infinite consciousness. Completely transcending the perception of the sphere of infinite consciousness, thinking that there is nothing, thus closely cultivating and abiding in the sphere of nothingness. Completely transcending the perception of the sphere of nothingness, closely cultivating and abiding in the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception. The perception of form is the perception of blue and yellow, etc., and not being attached to this is because it is entirely the perception of space.

Therefore, complete transcendence from it is because there is no separate appearance. Obstructed perception is the perception of obstacles such as walls and fences. Diverse perceptions are the perceptions of pavilions, gardens, mountains, seas, moons, suns, and so on. It is said that the sky is infinite, and thus, one who has the object of the infinite sky realm is called the infinite sky realm. How does one completely transcend the infinite sky realm? That is, by whatever knowledge one has faith in the infinite sky realm, one generates faith in that infinite itself, because one completely eliminates the perception of the sky. It is said that after completely transcending the infinite consciousness realm, that is, after moving from that, one does not see any object at all, it is meaningless and without discriminating consciousness, and it is obtained by focusing only slightly. Also, from the perception of the realm of nothing at all, one is free from attachment, and that is also eliminated. The realm of nothing at all is what was previously eliminated, and from then on it is not without perception, perception only enters extremely subtly, therefore non-perception is not non-perception itself, and whatever is in the samadhi of the realm of neither non-perception nor non-non-perception is called that. The five kinds of direct knowledge are the knowledge of the activities of magical powers, as well as the divine ear, knowing the minds of others, knowing the recollection of past lives, and the divine eye. Here, the sutra says that he experiences many aspects of magical powers, even causing the earth to shake. He becomes one and becomes many, and after becoming many, he becomes one again, and he also experiences rising and falling. He walks directly through walls, directly through fences, and directly through mountains without obstruction. He also walks in the sky. He also appears and disappears on the ground. He also walks on water as if on land. He emits smoke and also burns, thus speaking extensively. With the divine ear realm, he also hears sounds that transcend humans, that is, the sounds of gods and humans. He knows the minds of other sentient beings and other people with his mind, knowing them as they are, that is, for a mind with desire, he says it has desire.
