Because he is the one who has vanquished the enemy, therefore he is the Vanquisher of the Enemy. The truthful one is the one who is not inverted. Everything, that is, this Buddha has truthfully and completely attained Buddhahood. This shows the perfection of the teacher himself. One who does not teach or teaches perversely is not a teacher. With perverse words, it may also arise due to afflictions or ignorance. However, both of these do not exist in him, because of the order, he is the Vanquisher of the Enemy, the truthful Buddha. If he dwells in samsara, then what kind of power does he have? The answer is: Sugata. The gone one is the one who is liberated from craving. The word "good" is highly praised and also means returning. In order to distinguish between outsiders, learners, and non-learners, the order is compared to a beautiful form, a disease that has been cured, and a full vase. Connect them in this way. Therefore, having gone by the path that transcends the world, the highly praised gone one is the Sugata. The liberation of outsiders is not ultimate because it is measured. Birth and faults arise truthfully. It is shown as returning again. These two are the learners. Therefore, the one who goes without returning is the Sugata. With the disease of afflictions, there is nothing left, that is, because he has shown the path, he has abandoned the faults of body, speech, and mind. If he is a non-learner, then he exists as he is in the Arhat of the Lesser Vehicle. However, the Bhagavan does not exist in this way, because he has gone without remainder, therefore he is the Sugata. How does someone's enemy become one and three? The reason is explained by the method of the weaver. For example: ཤྭེ་ཏོ་ཏྲ་བ་ཏི། (Tibetan)ཨ་ལམ་བུ་ཡཱ་ནཱ་མ་ཡ་ཏེ།(Sanskrit Devanagari)alam bu yā nā ma ya te(Sanskrit Romanization)Meaningless, meaning "the white one ran away." It is said that the dog ran away from here, it is said that he went to the village of Kuba, it is said that he should not go to the village of Pubu, and so on. How is he a Sugata? Because it is said that he possesses knowledge and conduct. Knowledge is the training of higher wisdom. Higher discipline and mind are the feet. Knowledge is the precursor of these two feet, therefore with the two eyes of knowledge.

Observing, just as the other two walk with their feet, the Thus-gone is the Blissful Gone, hence called the Blissful Gone. These two words indicate the cause of the teacher's perfection. The so-called "World-Knower" is because he fully understands the time for taming the world, etc., hence called the World-Knower. Because it is beings themselves that are tamed, hence the Tamer of Men. That is the charioteer, which is to truly tame. There are other similar charioteers, namely the Sugata. To show that there is nothing more supreme than this, it is said "Unsurpassed Tamer of Men." These two words indicate the path of the teacher's perfection. If someone asks, does this also include beings of the lower realms? It is not so, because it is said to be the teacher of gods and humans. This is the knowledge of the Dharma of arising. Then, the Blessed One's saying "those sons of gods" refers to the seventh instant. The so-called "as long as" means completely ultimate, that is, the meaning between the perfection of giving, the perfection of ethics, omniscience, and the knowledge of all aspects. The so-called "completely gathering" means leading. The so-called "following completely grasping," wherein "following" means the meaning of conformity. Conformity is reasonable and appropriate. The so-called "wonderful" means completely gathering. The so-called "very wonderful" means following completely gathering. Possessing non-acceptance and non-rejection, that is, accompanied by non-acceptance and non-rejection, because of conformity, there is no taking, that is, non-acceptance. For example, how to completely not take and not abandon, that is the meaning of completely taking. Here in the scriptures it says: "Non-acceptance, non-abandonment, etc." The first is completely taking names, etc. Non-acceptance means the meaning of non-acceptance of discrimination. Non-abandonment is non-abandonment. This is the meaning of non-abandonment. The Blessed Mother who completely takes the Bodhisattvas, she completely takes. This is the following knowledge of forbearance of arising. Because it is the occasion of Indra, therefore he...

The chapter represented by power is the chapter of Indra. The difficult commentary on the eight thousand Prajñāpāramitā, the essence of the Supreme Heart composed by the teacher Ratnakara Shanti, ends with the second chapter. In the treatise, "Loving-kindness, etc." means loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity, and the four immeasurables. These are called loving-kindness, etc. Seeing selflessness is the meaning of the eighth moment. The basis for teaching them is from "Then the Blessed One" to "said," which is spoken by the compilers. In order to manifest the eighth moment, the Blessed One said, "Sons of the gods, sons of good families or daughters of good families," etc., in order to generate special respect for the antidote to falling into the inferior vehicle. Prajñāpāramitā is the wisdom of the moment of seeing at the time. Reaching the other shore of that is pāramitā. What is the other shore? It is the place of falling into the inferior vehicle. What is that? It is seeing the nature of the four immeasurables. Thus, if the Bodhisattvas attain that, they will see all sentient beings as equal to themselves and become worthy of refuge, not just acting for their own benefit. Falling into the inferior vehicle, merely seeing the nature of loving-kindness, etc., is Prajñāpāramitā, which is the eighth moment. From "Who holds it?" to "makes it fully understood" means by manifesting it. "If one teaches well" means that in order to teach others well, because he holds it, "if one teaches well." From "The demons or the gods of the demon's retinue will not find an opportunity" to "will teach well" shows the benefits, which is following the knowledge of the origin. In the treatise, "Attaining emptiness" means seeing with the sixteen emptinesses, and seeing by what means one attains it is the meaning of the ninth moment. That is also the sons of the gods, etc.
