The limbs of enlightenment, as well as the concentration of perfect enlightenment, and the equanimity of perfect enlightenment. Among them, the three, such as the branch of discriminating Dharma, which is perfect enlightenment, are the aspect of higher vision. Extreme pliancy, as well as concentration, and equanimity are the aspect of calm abiding. Having obtained these, I see the afflictions, see what should be abandoned by seeing, see what should be abandoned by cultivation, and in order to abandon those, I cultivate the noble path divided into three aggregates: namely, right view, as well as right thought, as well as right speech, as well as right action, as well as right livelihood, as well as right effort, as well as right mindfulness, as well as right concentration. Among them, the two objects and right effort are the aggregate of wisdom. Right mindfulness, as well as right concentration are the aggregate of concentration. The remainder is the aggregate of ethics. That is also from the distinction between the center and the edge: the limb of self-nature, the limb of place, the third is definite departure. The fourth is the limb of benefit. Three limbs without afflictions. In this, the base place and, the essence are examined. Thus it is said. Among them, mindfulness is the place of enlightenment. Dharma discrimination is self-nature. Diligence is definite departure. Joy is benefit. Since it arises from the cause of all afflictions and bad karma, extreme pliancy is the basis of all non-afflictions, because that is its antidote. Concentration is the place. Equanimity is the essence. Completely cut off and make understand and, the three make others believe. The antidote to the unfavorable, the limb of the answer has eight. View and discipline, equipment reduced, want to make others understand. Afflictions, near afflictions and, the antidote to the unfavorable. Among them, on the path of seeing, completely cutting off is right view. Making others understand is right thought. Right speech arises from all aspects, hence making understand. The limb that makes others believe has three: right speech, as well as right action, as well as livelihood.

Those then, in order, become convinced of the three. Giving and the determination of abundant giving lead to conviction in wisdom. Not doing what should not be done is discipline. In the order of the Dharma, seeking robes and the like is reducing possessions. The limbs of the antidote to the opposing side are of three kinds: right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration. Those, in order, are the meaning of the antidote to the afflictions to be abandoned through meditation, as well as the near afflictions of sinking and agitation, and the obstacles to the manifestation of the qualities of the opposing side's specialty. Those are the distinctions of each of the mindfulnesses, etc., and become the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment. The wisdom that is exhausted and does not arise is enlightenment. Its favorable side is conformity, and those are the factors of enlightenment. Those are the path to this, and all are the collection of paths, properly gathered by diligence, meditation, and the perfection of wisdom as appropriate. What is called a dharani, expressed in one word, is considered in terms of lineage. All dharanis are words of dharani. Meditating on the letters A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿)ra(藏文:ར,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:惹)pa(藏文:པ,梵文天城体:प,梵文罗马拟音:pa,汉语字面意思:巴)ca(藏文:ཙ,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:匝) and so on, when the meaning of those letters is meditated upon as it is, when the meditation is complete, tolerance will arise for its meaning, and that is the tolerance dharani. Then, the aggregates of Dharma taught by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions become the cause of holding, and that is the Dharma dharani. Then, the cause of holding its meaning is the meaning dharani. Then, for the sake of completely protecting sentient beings, the power to show meaningful mantras is the mantra dharani. In that, A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) is the door of all dharmas, because it is unborn from the beginning. The door of A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) is the means, in order to realize all dharmas as they truly are. How is it known? Because all dharmas are unborn from the beginning. Because the suchness of all dharmas is equal to space, therefore it is unborn, and even from the state of being associated with defilements from the beginning, it is unborn.
