以名为“……”的三句偈颂来说，是五种妙好之相：身体清净之相，身体柔滑之相，身体极为洁净之相，体格完美之相，身体肢体宽广且美妙之相。步履稳健，眼眸清澈，容颜极其年轻，身体不萎缩且丰满，身体极其紧致。这六种是：步履稳健之相，眼眸极为清澈之相，身体肌肤年轻之相，身体不萎缩之相，身体丰满之相，身体极其紧致之相。肢体极其分明，视线无翳清澈，腰肢圆润，腰身匀称，腰肢不弯曲，摇曳生姿，肚脐深陷，肚脐向右盘旋，从各方面看都很悦意。这两句半偈颂是九种：肢体和支分极其分明之相，视线无翳且清澈之相，腰肢圆润之相，腰身匀称之相，腰肢不弯曲之相，摇曳生姿之相，肚脐深陷之相，肚脐向右盘旋之相，从各方面看都很悦意之相。行为端正，身上没有痣和黑斑，手如木棉般柔软，手纹光亮，手纹深刻且长，面容不太长，面容能映出影像。所谓面容能映出影像，就是指面容上有影像显现。面容即脸庞，指脸庞上能映出影像。这一句半偈颂是八种：行为端正之相，身上没有痣和黑斑之相，手如木棉般柔软之相，手掌的纹路光亮之相，手纹深刻之相，手纹长之相，脸庞上能映出影像之相。舌头柔软且薄，红色且具龙吟之声，语调柔和悦耳，牙齿浑圆，锋利洁白且整齐，脚踝纤细，鼻梁高挺，极其洁净。其中，“极”是殊胜之意。这两句半偈颂是十二种：

The three verses beginning with "..." refer to the five excellent marks: the body being pure, the body being smooth, the body being extremely clean, the body being complete, and the body having limbs that are broad and beautiful. 'Steps are even, eyes are clear, very youthful in appearance, body without shrinking, but full, and very firm body.' These are six: the quality of having even steps, the quality of having very clear eyes, the quality of having a youthful body, the quality of having a body without shrinking, the quality of having a full body, and the quality of having a very firm body. 'Limbs are very distinct, vision is clear and free from dimness, waist is round, waist is proportionate, not bent, swaying, navel is deep and spirals to the right, pleasing to look at from all sides.' These two and a half verses are nine: the quality of having limbs and parts that are very distinct, the quality of having vision that is clear and free from dimness, the quality of having a round waist, the quality of having a proportionate waist, the quality of having a waist that is not bent, the quality of swaying, the quality of having a deep navel, the quality of having a navel that spirals to the right, and the quality of being pleasing from all sides. 'Conduct is pure, and on the body, there are no moles or dark spots, hands are soft like cotton, hand lines are bright, deep, and long, face is not too long, face reflects an image.' In this context, 'face reflects an image' refers to the face that has an image reflected upon it. 'Face' means the face, the face upon which an image is reflected. These two and a half verses are eight: the quality of having pure conduct, the quality of having no moles or dark spots on the body, the quality of having hands that are soft like cotton, the quality of having bright hand lines, the quality of having deep hand lines, the quality of having long hand lines, and the quality of having a face that reflects an image. 'Tongue is soft and thin, red and has the sound of a dragon, speech is soft and gentle, teeth are round, sharp, white, and even, ankles are slender, nose is high, and supremely pure.' In this context, 'supreme' means excellent. These two and a half verses are twelve:
