Including "not possessing" and so on. Bodhisattvas should train in all dharmas. Regarding this, the Protector said: Because the realm of dharma has no difference, therefore lineages cannot be different. Based on the distinctions of the dependent dharmas, its distinctions are fully expressed. This refers to the fact that the nature of dharma has no difference, and it is the individuals who realize the nature of dharma that are distinguished. For example, the vase itself has no difference, but because the vase contains water, milk, honey, etc., there are terms like water vase and honey vase. The object of focus is all dharmas, including virtue and so on. Including the discriminations of worldly people, and those who desire to transcend the world, defiled and undefiled dharmas, as well as conditioned and unconditioned, the common dharmas of disciples, and those that are not common to the Buddha. This is explained from the perspective of conventional truth, bodhisattvas cultivate prajnaparamita and do not cling to anything. What needs to be done specifically is: the supreme mind of all sentient beings, as well as abandonment, realization, these three are called the self-arising of the three great ones, which is what needs to be done specifically. In the explanation of the five great ones, the great bodhisattva is Subhuti who asked: World Honored One, why is a bodhisattva called a great bodhisattva? The World Honored One replied: Because he can ascertain the great aggregates of sentient beings, he is called a great bodhisattva. Ascertaining the aggregates refers to the noble ones. With a vajra-like resolve, a great resolve, an immovable resolve, a resolve to bring benefit and happiness, and a joyful mind towards the Dharma, he benefits sentient beings, therefore he is called a great bodhisattva. The great abandonment is Shariputra who asked: World Honored One, I am called a bodhisattva great bodhisattva, and I feel proud of this. The World Honored One replied: You should feel proud. Being called a bodhisattva great bodhisattva is because he can abandon the twelve types of agents, existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, and various views from the form aggregate to the Buddha's enlightenment, therefore he is called a great bodhisattva. Subhuti said: Why do views arise from the form aggregate to the Buddha's enlightenment? Shariputra said: Because there is an object of focus from the form aggregate to nirvana, and views arise in a clinging manner.

It is because attachment arises from the form to nirvana, and the Dharma is taught to abandon this attachment. The venerable Subhuti (Rab-'byor), who has great realization, reported: I am also delighted with the meaning of the great Bodhisattva. The Buddha declared: Be confident! The venerable Subhuti (Rab-'byor) reported: Because the mind of enlightenment is not common to the Hearers and Solitary Realizers, it is called a great Bodhisattva. What is the reason for this? Because from the moment of generating the initial Bodhicitta, one does not truly observe any arising dharma, whether it arises, ceases, increases, decreases, comes, goes, or is defiled or purified, so one will not become attached to anything from the form to omniscience. Among the four practices, the armor practice is: With the six perfections such as generosity, these are summarized separately, what is the armor practice? It is truly explained with six sets of six. To this, the son of Maitreya, Gangpo, reported: Blessed One, I am also confident in the meaning of the great Bodhisattva. He reported: Having donned the great armor, residing and entering the Great Vehicle, therefore it is called a great Bodhisattva. Shariputra asked: Gangpo, to what extent is it called donning the great armor? Gangpo replied: It is not putting on armor for the sake of a few insignificant beings. It is not putting on armor thinking, 'I will place these beings on the other shore, and I will not place these beings.' But it is putting on armor for the sake of immeasurable and countless beings. For example, if one gives with a mind endowed with all-knowingness, from the aspect of giving without attachment, it is generosity; from the aspect of giving without mixing with non-virtue, it is morality; from the aspect of giving without discord, it is patience; from the aspect of delighting in virtue, giving is diligence; from the aspect of non-distraction, it is meditation; from the aspect of knowing giving, receiving, etc., as like illusions, it is wisdom. In this way, all six perfections should be understood in six groups. Therefore, in the realms of the ten directions, the Tathagatas especially praise the Bodhisattvas. The nine practices of entering are: meditation, formless meditation, generosity, etc., the path and loving-kindness, etc., and
