That which is imputed as real, attachment, and the antidote, and when one declines from going as one wishes, one should first understand clinging. Thus it is said, clinging to the nine dharmas such as clinging and individually abandoning, that which distinguishes in the manner of substance, are the nine distinctions of clinging. These are also the dharmas of individual ordinary beings because they are abandoned by the noble ones. The antidote to these is the sixth, as it is said in the sutra, which is non-distinction. Thereupon, the question, "Bhagavan," and so forth, up to "neither clinging nor abandoning," is the distinction of clinging and abandoning, which is spoken of together with the aspect of the antidote. The question, "Bhagavan," and so forth, up to "attaining enlightenment," is the distinction of attention. The question, "Bhagavan," and so forth, up to "not mixing with any dharma," is the distinction of being closely related to all three realms. The question, "Bhagavan," and so forth, up to "will not abide," is the distinction of abiding. The question, "Bhagavan," and so forth, up to "practicing the Perfection of Wisdom," is the distinction of manifest clinging. If again, up to "that is not a place of abiding," that which is imputed as real is distinction. After that, "Venerable," and so forth, up to "is practice," is the distinction of attachment. The question, "Bhagavan," and so forth, up to "will abide," is the distinction of the antidote. "Subhuti, for example," and so forth, up to "will abide there," is the distinction of declining from going as one wishes. That is the first distinction of clinging, which has nine aspects. What is the second distinction of clinging, which has nine aspects? Intentionally determining not to arise, and so forth, there is no determined clinging to the path and non-path, birth with cessation, having things and not having things, place and lineage are clinging, pursuing meaning and without cause, the opponent and the object, are other distinctions of clinging. Thus it is said, not focusing on clinging that exists imputedly, this is the sixth.

If that does not exist, then it will definitely not occur as it should be done, like this and so on, the nine faults are the ninth kind of conceptualization. Those are also not the Dharma of ordinary people, because those exist from the very beginning. If that is the case, then whose is it? It is the Dharma of noble Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, because those have not been abandoned by them. As it is said in the Sutra, the antidote side of those is only the sixth, because it will definitely occur to the Bodhi of the Buddha, so the sixth is the one who drives the five, and if there is no sixth, then it will definitely occur to the inferior Bodhi, this is like what should be done, it is the conceptualization of not occurring, from "Subhuti, for example like this" to "walking from equality" everything that is said in between. The path of knowing all aspects is the path of the Bodhisattva, the path of Hearers and so on is not the path of those, this is the definite grasp of the path and the non-path, if there is no sixth, then that does not exist, this is the conceptualization of not having a definite clinging to the path and the non-path, because the negative letter is added to the end of the previous sentence. Request: "Bhagavan" to "path and non-path" everything that is said in between. The Perfection of Wisdom is that no Dharma is born or ceases, if there is no sixth, then it will become birth and cessation, this is the conceptualization of birth and cessation. Request: "Bhagavan" to "one should strive in the six perfections" everything that is said in between. Then how should one strive in those? From form to the knowledge of all aspects, it is neither associated nor unassociated, that is how it is. If there is no sixth, then that does not exist, this is the conceptualization of association and non-association. Request: "Bhagavan" to "one should strive" everything that is said in between. From form to the knowledge of all aspects, not abiding, this is striving, if there is no sixth, then one will abide in those, this is the conceptualization of abiding. Subhuti, other
