The remaining components that have become the body arise, and they are transformed from arising. The three forms, such as feelings, are also like this, because they are based on the three forms of the body. Feeling is pleasure, pain, neither pain nor pleasure. Dharma is the good and non-good that arises from the mind. Following the body and so on means following the nature of the body and so on. Having the body and so on means having the concept of the body and so on. Discrimination means various discriminations. This body is unique, my body, permanent, impermanent, pleasure, pain, and so on, not clinging in such a way, not following observation, nor making discriminations. Possessing reverence and constant dullness. Following observation and possessing mindfulness is possessing mindfulness. Guarding with the nature of non-forgetfulness, combined with non-distracting recollection, is possessing recollection. Effort, wisdom, recollection, the benefit of these is to eliminate worldly attachment and displeasure, so it is said. Elimination means abandonment. For worldly things, gain, fame, happiness, praise, etc., are greed and attachment. Not gaining, not fame, suffering, slander, are displeasure. Thus, in the conduct of Bodhisattvas, the establishment of mindfulness has been taught, and for the conduct of Hearers, fourteen kinds of body mindfulness establishments have been taught. Among them, there are three ways of mindfulness: long breathing in and out, etc., this is the first kind. Short breathing in and out, etc., this is the second kind. Remembering exhaling and inhaling is the third kind. The way of distinguishing elements is the fourth kind. The way of thirty-six impure things is the fifth kind. The way of unpleasantness is the ninth kind. Among them, manifestation means walking. Not returning means returning. Comprehensive observation means in front. Various observations mean in all directions. Contraction means gathering. Inner correct placement is

One must diligently cultivate tranquility and insight. Because one possesses this mindfulness, one is mindful. The body's breath entering through the nostrils is inhalation. Exhalation is breathing out, like a well-trained potter or his close disciple. Skin and peeling are distinguished by inner and outer. Tendons are veins. Kidneys are kidneys. Liver is liver. Lungs are lungs. Spleen is spleen. Digested and undigested are food. Saliva ash is a lump of phlegm. Blood is rotten blood. Chunpa is plowing the field. Bada is a container for grains. The term "cemetery" means teaching. The term "place where corpses are abandoned" means subsequent teaching. One day after death, and so on, are the three stages of swelling, and so on, in order. That which is completely decayed is also completely eaten by worms, because worms are born. Alternatively, completely eaten means completely scattered. Therefore, when one sees a corpse in a charnel ground, one closely associates oneself with being similar to it. The term "this nature of reality" means teaching. The term "having such a nature" means subsequent teaching. If there is doubt that the living body is not like that, but the dead body is like that, therefore it is said that it does not go beyond this nature of reality, because if there is an opposing proximate cause, it will definitely become like that. This mind must abandon is complete abandonment, and those are four types. For example, in order not to generate unwholesome and non-virtuous dharmas that have not yet arisen, one generates intention. One strives. One exerts effort. One completely grasps the mind. One completely abides. Similarly, in order to abandon those that have arisen, similarly, in order to generate virtuous dharmas that have not yet arisen, similarly, in order to maintain those that have arisen, to increase them, to develop them. In order to cause them to arise outwardly. Among these, generating intention is armor-like effort. Striving to act in that way is the effort of joining. Exerting effort is the effort of a person. Completely grasping the mind and completely abiding are the effort of means. Discouragement from that
