The Blessed One said: "Because of being utterly pure" means because there is no slightest fault. Question: "Blessed One, the Perfection of Wisdom is the All-Knowingness itself," etc., is thinking, "Is that not its path?" "Because of being utterly pure" is the answer, meaning "because of being naturally pure." To clarify, the question is asked again: "Because the Dharma abides" is the answer. "Dharma abides" is the Dharma-nature. That is naturally luminous, and the function of the path is only to make temporary obscurations cease, thus he thought. "For what reason" is the second objection, thinking, "The Perfection of Wisdom itself is pure, purity itself is the Perfection of Wisdom, if it is grasped, it will become discrimination, if it is not grasped, it cannot be known." "The realm of Dharma," etc., is the answer. Whoever has not grasped the realm of Dharma, its entity is that itself. All dharmas being without an object of focus by their own characteristics is the object of focus of the realm of Dharma, thus he thought. Then, the venerable Subhuti said, etc. "My purity is that the noble ones consider form to be pure, and the impure is that the childish ones consider it to be impure, therefore I say that my purity and the purity of form" is the objection. "Because of being utterly pure" is the answer, thinking, "I and form are utterly unreal." To clarify, the question is asked again, "For what reason," etc., is the objection. "Because of being utterly pure" is the answer, I and form are not real. Similarly, from feeling, etc., up to All-Knowingness. "For what reason is it neither two nor three and pure," etc., is another objection, for the two, path and fruit, should one not attain the purity of the fruit, should one not realize the purity of the path? Because both are without entity.

It is thought to be "because of this." "Because it is extremely pure" is the answer. To clarify, it is argued again: "Without all afflictions, and without complete purification, because it is the equality of Dharma" is the answer. The equality of Dharmas is the Dharmadhatu. The absence of all afflictions is also because of its naturally luminous nature, and the incompleteness of purification is also because it is not preceded by all afflictions. Because those are the equality of Dharma. Saying "because it is the cause" means because it depends on it. "I am completely infinite" is again an objection, thinking "because I am constant, so the aggregates are also constant things." "Because it is extremely pure" is the answer, meaning "because I and the aggregates are not constant." "Transcending the boundaries is emptiness, without beginning or end is emptiness" is to clarify. World Honored One, is it like that? It is an objection "Is it as it is said?". "Because it is extremely pure" is the answer, meaning "because it is extremely faultless." "For what" is again an objection, meaning "What is the cause?". "Because of knowing the aspects of the path" is the answer. Those are the explanation of the pure meditation path and the knowledge of the path. The commentary on the Ornament of Clear Realization, The Complete, composed by Ratnakara Shanti, the chapter on the knowledge of the path, the second chapter is completed. Chapter Three, Commentary on the Basis of All Knowledge. Now, because all knowledge is to be explained, therefore, based on this, it is said: "This shore, the other shore, neither is the edge, Nor dwells in the middle of them, Knowing the equality of all times, Therefore, it is called Prajnaparamita." As it is said. The so-called Prajnaparamita is all knowledge. The so-called "this shore is not the edge" means it is not samsara. The so-called "the other shore is not the edge" means it is not nirvana, and it is not desired to dwell between them. What

Why? Because it is to know the equality of the three times. From "What is asked" to "for the sake of the equality of the three times" is not dwelling on the desire for samsara and nirvana. Now, from the door of focusing on characteristics, it is far because it is not a means. That is because the object of attachment to characteristics is not a means, so it will become far. From "What is asked, Blessed One" to "Prajnaparamita will become far away" is becoming far away. This very skillful means is said to be truly near. It means that entering without attachment is a skillful means, so it will become near. From "What Subhuti asked" to "those who are not attached" is becoming near. The emptiness of the aggregates such as form, and the dharmas belonging to the three times, and the dharmas belonging to the three times, for the Bodhi divisions such as giving, the intention of practice is the opposite side. It means that from form and so on to the collection of ultimate dharmas of omniscience, here are the aggregates such as form, for its emptiness, from "whatever form is emptiness" to "emptiness of all knowledge" is intention. Whatever belongs to the three times is the intention for "past" and "future" and "present occurrence". For the dharmas of the Bodhi divisions, the plural word is the meaning of "etc.". Therefore, from immeasurable and so on to the ultimate of all knowledge should also be taken. Whatever intention of practice for giving and so on and Bodhi divisions and so on, that is, if practicing for giving paramita, to practicing for all knowledge, all that is the opposite side. From "Reverend Shariputra" to "practicing for all knowledge is attachment" is the opposite side. In the verse, the word "dharmas" is another collection, the intention for dharmas, whatever that is also the opposite side, is the opposite side.
