I think that the word "not visible" means extremely well hidden. The word "ankle" refers to the patella of the knee and the malleolus of the ankle. It should be understood that everything below the root of the thigh is called the foot. The hidden genitals refer to the hiding of the genitals. Because this has the excellence of the genitals being hidden in the depression, it is said so. This refers to the fact of having long fingers, wide heels, a tall and upright body, invisible ankles, hair growing upwards, calves like the Ena antelope, long and beautiful hands, and the genitals hidden in the depression, these eight characteristics. The skin is golden, the skin is thin, and the hair grows well to the right from each strand. The face is adorned with a white hair, and the upper body is like a lion. For these, because this has an upper body like a lion, it is one who has an upper body like a lion. The head is round means very round, because the neck and veins are well connected and round. 此二者，是知味中之最胜，如榕树般水平均匀，头有顶髻，舌长而薄，具梵音，面颊如狮子，牙齿洁白，牙齿平整，牙齿排列整齐，牙齿平整且四十具足，眼绀青色，睫毛如牛王，此为三十二相。因此具有十之量的集合，故四十具足，是为十组四之义。总而言之，此等为三十二相。牛胜是指牛和公牛。或者，牛胜是指牛群之首。彼等之解说、因及先前之相好，如经中所说，是为法布施。于此，何者为相？何为成就之因？以彼与彼皆极圆满故，此等相好真实成就。此处，何者为相？何者为因？以何成就？彼与彼皆极圆满，故此圆满受用身之相好真实成就。又， 何者为因耶？如迎送上师等，如实受持且稳固，积聚供养及丰饶之物，施予及所应断除者，令得解脱及善法者，如实受持且增长等，是成就之因的相状，彼等如经中所说。如是说，彼等迎送上师等，听闻佛法，以鲜花供养，于佛塔前行等，以承侍之故，具足手足轮相。于本尊极度坚信故，足极稳固。布施丰饶之饮食等，故手足柔软且具童相，及七处隆满。所应断除者，令得解脱者，众多之语即是“等”之义。断除、令得解脱，救护生命，及一切远离杀生，以此之故，手指纤长，脚跟宽广，身躯高大正直。如实受持善法，增长而不损减，故足踝不现，身

These two are the best in knowing tastes, evenly leveled like a banyan tree, having a crown on the head, a long and thin tongue, possessing the voice of Brahma, cheeks like a lion, white teeth, even teeth, neatly arranged teeth, even teeth and complete with forty, eyes of dark blue color, eyelashes like a bull king, these are the thirty-two marks. Therefore, possessing a collection of ten measures, it is complete with forty, which means four groups of ten. In summary, these are the thirty-two marks. "Cow superior" refers to cows and bulls. Alternatively, "cow superior" refers to the head of a herd. Their explanation, cause, and previous marks are, as stated in the sutra, the giving of Dharma. Here, what is a mark? What is the cause of accomplishment? Because both it and it are extremely complete, these marks are truly accomplished. Here, what is a mark? What is a cause? By what is it accomplished? Because both it and it are extremely complete, the marks of this complete enjoyment body are truly accomplished. Also, What is the cause? Like welcoming and sending off the guru, etc., truly upholding and being steadfast, accumulating offerings and abundant things, giving and what should be eliminated, liberating and virtuous things, truly upholding and increasing, etc., are the characteristics of the cause of accomplishment, these are as stated in the sutra. Thus it is said, those who welcome and send off the guru, etc., listen to the Dharma, offer flowers, go before stupas, etc., by serving, possess the marks of wheels on their hands and feet. Because of extreme faith in the yidam, the feet are extremely stable. Giving abundant food and drink, etc., therefore the hands and feet are soft and have a youthful appearance, and the seven places are full. What should be eliminated, what should be liberated, the many words are the meaning of "etc." Eliminating, liberating, saving lives, and completely abstaining from killing, for this reason, the fingers are long, the heels are wide, and the body is tall and straight. 脐向上。等等就是像这样等等。如经中所说，是指如法布施。因为是做大丈夫的事，所以是如来和菩萨，是大丈夫，为了阐明这些，所以有大丈夫的三十二相。为了庄严这些，所以有八十随形好。就这些而言：如来之甲如红铜，色润高显诸指圆，丰满纤细脉不现，无结。这说的是指甲如红铜色，指甲色泽润泽，指甲高显，指甲圆润，手指丰满，手指纤细，脉不显现，脉无结，这八种随形好。踝骨不现足平满，如狮象鹅王行仪，最胜行仪右旋行，美妙端正具威严，如拭莹洁次第合。这一偈多出一句，说的是踝骨不现，足无不平，如狮子行仪，如象行仪，如鹅行仪，如最胜行仪，右旋而行，身姿美妙，身姿端正，身姿具足威严，身姿如拭莹洁，身姿次第相合，这十二种随形好。身净且柔极清净，诸相悉皆 पूर्ण （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），肢体宽广妙且好。这三句说的是身净，身柔，身极清净，诸相圆满，肢体宽广美妙，这五种随形好。步伐稳健眼清净，容颜甚妙极年少，身不萎靡且丰满，身极紧致且。
