etc. Those who are vessels are considered holy ones. It is said that those who have honored the Buddhas of the past, cultivated roots of virtue towards them, and have been fully embraced by virtuous friends, are the ones who listen to this, they are vessels for hearing, not others. Whoever has attended upon many Buddhas in previous lives, and practiced the six perfections including all questions, by that alone, from taking and holding the Blessed One, up to diligently practicing the Suchness of the Perfection of Wisdom, becomes a vessel, otherwise not. Therefore, those who hear the name of the Blessed One should be known to possess three qualities such as reverence. Those who take, etc., and diligently practice Suchness, should be observed to possess three qualities such as reverence, and attending upon the Buddhas, etc. From "What, from the Lord of the Gods, Indra" to "Keep in mind and I will tell you" is the difficulty of finding the combiner. Under the power of combination: Because it does not abide in form, etc., therefore, the combination is prohibited. Because its Suchness is profound, therefore, those are difficult to fathom. Because those have no measure, and the great assembly is realized for a long time, because of the prophecy of non-reversal, and the definite renunciation is without obstacles, and enlightenment is near and swift, and leading others is without increase or decrease, not seeing Dharma and non-Dharma, etc., not seeing form, etc., inconceivable, not seeing form, etc., is its sign, and not distinguishing its nature, giving precious fruits, and it is pure and has boundaries. Thus it is said. Among them, "it" refers to the combination. What is "it"? It is the combination with various combinations mentioned above, because it has been explained in detail, so it is the occasion for combination. Not abiding in form, etc., means that not abiding in form, etc., is the combination. From "What, Kausika" to "not focusing on omniscience."

From "knowing" to "between," it speaks of the union that does not abide in form, etc. Because of preventing union. The phrase "because of preventing union" refers to the practice of preventing union with form, etc. Starting from "What, Subhuti, also," up to "not observing in the middle," it speaks of the union that does not unite with form, etc. Because its suchness is profound. The phrase "because its suchness is profound" means that because the suchness of form, etc., is profound, the Bhagavan is not profound. From "endowed with life" to "profound," it speaks of the union of profundity. Because they are difficult to fathom. The phrase "because they are difficult to fathom" means that because form, etc., are difficult to fathom, the Bhagavan is difficult to fathom. From "What is asked" to "difficult to fathom," it speaks of the union of being difficult to fathom. Because they are immeasurable. The phrase "because they are immeasurable" means that because form, etc., are immeasurable, the Bhagavan is without characteristics. From "What is asked" to "immeasurable that," it speaks of the union of immeasurability. Here, the word "and" should be uttered from within, and "preventing union with that" is called the meaning of compliance. In that, called profound, difficult to fathom, and immeasurable, it speaks of the union of preventing practice, that is, if profound is not spoken of form, etc., then practice is in the Prajnaparamita. Likewise, difficult to fathom and immeasurable, from "What is asked" to "among the Dharmas of the Buddhas, no," it speaks of the union that does not unite with profundity. Furthermore, from "to among the Dharmas of the Buddhas, no," it speaks of the union that does not unite with being difficult to fathom. Furthermore, from "to among the Dharmas of the Buddhas, no," it speaks of the union that does not unite with immeasurability. Because the great assembly realizes it for a long time. The phrase "because the great assembly realizes it for a long time" means that the Bhagavan's profundity, being difficult to fathom, and immeasurability should not be spoken of in front of those newly entering the Dharma, because some of them may be frightened and abandon this, falling into the karma of going to bad destinies.
