I possess perfect knowledge, like the beautiful sound of celestial music, because it is the Dharma that teaches the beings to be tamed. Furthermore, it is taught with three words such as "other also." Thus, knowing directly and without obstruction by the power of samadhi is perfect knowledge. Knowing perfectly without exception is individual perfect knowledge. Moreover, there are four types according to the difference of objects: individual perfect knowledge of Dharma, individual perfect knowledge of meaning, individual perfect knowledge of definitive words, and individual perfect knowledge of eloquence. Among these, Dharma is the nomenclature of all Dharmas. Meaning is their characteristics. Definitive words are their definitive words. Eloquence is their distinctions. All these Dharmas are two, because they are included by Dharma and Dharmata. Among these, Dharmata is based on emptiness, and is spoken of with words such as inner emptiness and so on, up to the ultimate limit and suchness. Here, the so-called desire to learn is because of the desire for unobstructed wisdom. This itself is the individual perfect knowledge of eloquence here. "Thus" and so on indicate the example, just as one should learn this through distinctions, so too one should learn Dharma, meaning, and definitive words. Suchness, ultimate limit, absence of characteristics, and so on, here are the individual perfect knowledge of Dharma. The characteristic here is that it transcends the eleven characteristics, namely: Transcending the characteristic of the apprehended, transcending the characteristic of the apprehender, transcending the characteristic of things, and so on, are the individual perfect knowledge of meaning. Suchness is always such, because it is unchanging. What is correct is suchness. Its limit is the peak, because there is no more excellent suchness than it, so it is called the ultimate limit and so on, which is the individual perfect knowledge of definitive words. Those limitless Dharmas are limitless, and are included by the four individual perfect knowledges. In the extensive aspect, it should be understood from the Abhidharma teachings.

Furthermore, this is just an example. Moreover, it is said with "other" and so on. This is also to fully understand each individual's courage, because many subtle particles know and understand. Having reliance is like a king, because it is the cause of not wasting. Because the king's iron hook does not let those pure people fall back, the reliance iron hook is also like a Bodhisattva. Also, it is said with two words such as "other", and two words of question and answer. Such understanding is called understanding that itself, relying on meaning rather than words. Therefore, even if the Dharma is taught in vulgar language, it will be listened to with respect. Furthermore, in the second word "other", skillful means should be given as charity, and the wisdom paramita of not clinging to the giver and so on, emptiness is established by reasoning, and is characterized by reasoning. Therefore, one should rely on the Dharma, not on those who say that all dharmas are not emptiness. The Buddha Bhagavan is the supreme measure, therefore one should rely on the sutras of definitive meaning, not on the sutras of provisional meaning. The wisdom arising from meditation is prajna. What arises from hearing and thinking is discriminating consciousness, therefore what is seen by prajna is not seen by discriminating consciousness. Therefore, one should rely on prajna, not on discriminating consciousness. These two reliances are spoken through questions and answers, therefore the Buddha Bhagavan has determined this, and one should rely on it. Then, Shariputra is discriminating consciousness, who is the questioner. The Tathagata is prajna, who is the answerer. Having the accumulation of merit and wisdom is like a treasury, because it is the place of the treasury of many accumulations of merit and wisdom. Furthermore, it is said with nine words "other", in which seven words show the great collection of merit arising from discipline and meditation, because without these two, such supernormal knowledge is impossible. The eighth word is
